I received a quote for ******* comp insurance at a reasonable price. I paid a deposit and after that the insurance adjuster decided to rewrite my coverage after I paid my money and went up on the pricing. Now I can't operate my business due their unfair practicesBusiness response

We deeply regret the misunderstanding that occurred. Rates are based on the type of work being done, and it appears the initial quote from our website was based on an inaccurate description. As a procedure, certain web-generated quotes are reviewed for accuracy, which caught this error within a business day, and the customer was quickly notified. Their refund was already being processed at the time of their complaint.Initial Complaint

I purchased and paid for workmans comp insurance. The day of or the day after I paid with credit card I then cancelled because I found out that I could be exempt from having to have this policy since Im the only employee of my company. I was told I needed to wait 30 days then it would be canceled. I paid $500 they said I would be receiving $150 refund because thats their policy. as of today I still havent received my refund. They pretty much stole my money for doing nothing.Business response
