They advertised on **** a 6th Generation iPad 32Gb "Fully Working Ready to Activate! Cosmetic Condition: Very Good The screen is near perfect. The body will have only minor signs of wear." When I bought it, that's not what they sent me. They use flimsy bubble envelope mailers to send delicate electronics. Since they sell such high volumes of used electronics, they are OK with damages that happen to the ones that can't survive their cheap shipping methods. They have been made aware of the risks of using such cheap shipping methods, but they don't seem to care. When returns or needed, they expect customers to ship things back in the same risky packaging, maybe so they could blame consumers for more damages.After the company was informed that a customer was disabled and contagious with something worse than COVID, they still insist he return contaminated broken items in the cheap envelope so they can sell for parts, while risking infection of all their employees.I hope this company soon will get a clue as to how to do business a lot more respectfully. I hope they change their shipping methods and materials to give the used electronics they sell a fighting chance to survive delivery.Review from Noel P

Ordered an S8 Active phone, received an S7 Active phone with damaged ***. Plenty of other customers of there's with similiar experiences of defective phones, or phones not shipped."Review from Dylan C

Terrible customer service by "***** ******". They knowingly sent me a defective phone. They said "People purchase these and remove the demo software." even though the **** listing lists a completely different issue. Poor customer service (no apology? no "we'll fix this"? no care given for the customer?). They just insist on returning it, without any apology for wasting two weeks of my time. I bought a phone from a **** store with 120,000 feedback points, you think they would have their stuff together... Evidentially not. I fixed the device, as much as I would like to make them eat the shipping charges, but what's the average consumer supposed to do? Waste all of their time returning devices the seller KNOWS are unable to be used? Stay away from these guys..Customer Response

The listing clearly states that this has demo software on it. The listing is here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/************?transid=*************&ul_noapp=true#viTabs_0 The item was sold for 106 vs the 200 fully working units go for. The listing even stated "Live Demo Unit - NO IMEI - Cannot be activated with any network - WIFI Only" So no we would not pay for the repairs. You for an item as advertised. We did offer a free return. Unreasonable customer. This statement can be considered liable.Customer Response

I leave a bad review and now you're shamelessly threatening legal action? It sounds like you have something to hide or keep quiet. Regardless, you need to clarify what "live demo unit" means. You went into such great detail describing image burn but not the demo software? Which was partially incorrect period, the device has a fully working IEMI and can be activated. You should talk to your technicians about that..
