              ***** $ for an ounce of gold !!! Thats what I paid !!!! They made 45,210$ for 3.6 ounces of gold !!! I GOT hosed!!! Now worth about 6,500$!!!!!!!!!! This company made 39,000$ off of my 401k!!!! This is a complete rip off !!!! And theres nothing I can do about it!!!! Its my fault - I did not educate myself - I will never EVER be able to make up that loss!!! Then they charge you 200$ a year to hold your measly 3 ounces!!! You will never ever make money with this kind of scam !!! Im totally ****** that I didnt educate myself - I tell everyone I know -DO NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!!! They tell you all the things you want to hear - then quickly run through the numbers and your so into the gold - you do not realize your getting totally ripped off!!!!!!! DO NOT DO THIS unless you just want to make this company ultra rich !!!

              Hello, While we did provide a $5 promotional credit, the $5 will be removed if the OneGold account is not funded for 90 days following the credit. As the account was not funded for anything beyond the promotional $5 for 90+days, the promotional $5 was removed. This is in keeping with our policy regarding the promotional $5.

              I have mixed feelings about this company. I like the idea of buying anytime but I haven't tried to sell or redeem yet and that's my concern. I had an issue with the web page and its obvious to me this is a side gig for *****************. No client service on site,no IT on site and I'm beginning to doubt if there is anyone on site. I don't know how many people work for OneGold but I'd be surprised if its more that 5. So I don't know I hope they honor the redemption request. Is there any way to get your money transferred out quickly?

              OneHolds's claim:"Developer response:We are sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience. Unfortunately we were unable to locate an account for you. We process cash withdrawals within 1-2 business days, or physical redemption, as long as funds have been on the account long enough to clear. Please contact our support team if we can be of assistance."My Response:I have proof that $$ had been transferred from my financial institution to One Gold. It's just incredulous that that they claim that I don't have an account with them. That's not what my One Gold App states. They've taken my$$ and they've lied about not doing it. What a scam.
