Date of purchase 03/09/2022 Price ****** USD Tracking number #**** At first they said it would be delivered in a few months, but it didn't arrive after a while.On August 21, 2022, I received an email stating that the delivery was delayed, apologized, and that it would be delivered in the next few weeks.On November 18, 2022, I received another email apologizing for the delay in delivery, and in mid-December, I received an email stating that the items would be delivered sequentially.However, the product has not been delivered so far, and although I have contacted them via Instagram and email, they have been unilaterally ignored.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes on March 11, 2022 and have never received them. The company only communicated to customers about the delay for the first time on July 7, 2022. On August 20, 2022 they reached out again that there was a shipping hold up, then on August 25 they offered a discount code to order a new pair of sneakers (the original sneakers have yet to show up). I reached out on September 20, 2022 and received no response. On November 17, 2022 the founder ********************************* sent a message to those who had purchased shoes in March claiming that he was going to ensure the shoes were delivered by "mid-December." On November 19, 2022 I reached out with my updated address and received a response hours later that my shipping information had been updated. I then reached out again via email on 1/3/23, 1/26/23, 3/14/23, and 3/29/23 all to no response. I have also tried to communicate with them via their instagram page @amac.studio and have received no response (10/19/22, 10/25/22, 2/3/23, 2/10/23, 2/13/23, 2/18/23). I posted a comment on a photo of theirs asking for a response on 2/26/23 and received no response.Initial Complaint

Here's a copy of the ***** #**** placed in March of 2022.Company has not delivered the product and will not respond to emails or Instagram messages. They sent an email in November 2022 stating factory issues but expect delivery of goods mid December 2022 and would ship shortly thereafter. No messages or responses provided after that point. I am at this point wanting to receive the shoes or a refund immediately. Below is a copy of the confirmation email. I made an order on 3/8/2022. After not receiving any information for 3 months, well after the time the order shouldve shipped, I reached out for a refund. Ive since sent 3 more emails after many broken promises about the shipping of the order. As they do not respond to emails and have deleted their social media, they have essentially taken my money and gone silent. Anyone thinking about purchasing from this company should avoid them like the plague.Initial Complaint

On March 9, ****, I made a purchase from AMAC Customs, LLC. To date, I have not received my purchase. and I have not heard from the AMAC. I was not allowed to dispute the charge on my bank account because it has been past 60 days from the date of purchase. I am requesting a refund of $404.98, total purchase price paid.Initial Complaint

Ive completed two purchases with this company for their items. One on Nov. 8 2021 and the other on Nov. 26 2021. These shoes were supposed to take no later than 4-6 weeks to get shipped or else the customer would have the opportunity to obtain a refund. Ive emailed, messaged on social media, contacted the creators, and even tried calling any phone number I could find. I havent heard anything from the company or about the shoes/refund. I spent over $450 and its been over 3 months and at a time like this I need the money back.Initial Complaint

01/09/2020 made purchase on AMAC Customs website for shoes for $209.99 confirmation email said could take up to 6 weeks to ship and got no update until I reached out on March 3rd asking for the status of my order. Austin McAllister emailed sayin that orders placed between January 8-10 were behind schedule due to the Chinese New Year but that they were aiming to ship them out by the end of that month or early April and that I would receive an email update once they were ready. I followed up on that email on May 9 when I still hadn't received the product nor any updates and got no response. I sent another email again on May 16th and again got no response. I then reached out to their instagram page in May 25th and someone responded asking for my order number and then read my message and didn't respond for several days after I sent more messages. Their response said they'd be shipping in 2 weeks and that I'd get an email update that week. I didn't and they haven't responded to me since.
