On December 2020 I had a plumber who stated he did work for many realtors and said he had a company and could be trusted with his work. He was suppose to fix a leak in the shower and put a new pan in to keep the water from flowing out into the other rooms. No pan was installed and he charged $2600 for his work. The property was vacant for 2 months and when new tenants moved in 2 months ago they noticed the seepage. I have been calling the plumber for the last 2 months, He didn't answer texts or calls for weeks I ended up going to his place and they said he just went on vacation. The last 2 weeks he's saying that he's not responsible for the leak because he did his work and would charge to re fix it. Now he's saying he's not doing it at all and to find someone else. He either needs to fix it or give me my money back to have someone else fix it. Also, I din't find his company and he's been falsifying that he is an LLC company.Business response

Good evening I wanted to talk about what happened with Mrs. *****, well she hired plumbing services for a bathroom which she went to the place and there were people living there, when the work was done and it was finished she went and received it as there were no problems. This work was done on August 7, 2019 to date it is almost the year.we did not give a guarantee for the work.She received the job according to without any problem, and I think it is already a year of this and sometimes the tenants are not careful with the rental houses and the truth is we cannot take care of something that was not guaranteed.sorry the texts are in spanish but there is what was talked about and what was done
