Pace Butler continues to send unsolicited email; I have attempted to unsubscribe but they have no effective way to do this. They make repeated unsolicited telephone calls to our different offices, and attempts at removing our selves from their contact list has had no effect. They continue to send unsolicited postal mail to all of our office addresses, with no way to remove ourselves from their postal mail contact lists.Business response

PaceButler Corp will not stop sending unsolicited email and phone communications, even after being asked multiple times via email, even with an acknowledgment from the sender.Business response

****************** email has been removed from our system. An automatic promotional email was sent on 11/9 after his request on 11/3. This was in error. Although his rep had removed him from the call list, his email address remained associated with his account, and our system automatically sent out a promotional email. His email has been permanently removed from our system to avoid this in the future.Customer response

we sold a handful of electronics to this business, sent them in to be appraised and quoted for a price. Instead they purchased them without telling us a quoted price, sent checks and did not give us the option of saying yes or no to the offer, refused to send back any electronics they did not buy, saying they "recycled them already" and never contacted us for over a month about this! Half the price originally quoted.Business response

This complaint was addressed and resolved to the customers satisfaction by our VP of Purchasing, Brandon ****** on May 24, 2021.
