Absolutely deplorable business. Unprofessional and deceitful. This company is committing insurance fraud as I know personally 2 others besides myself whom they are filing to be compensated for services that were never provided. They openly admitted through phone conversations they had trouble getting our our vehicle back as there company was riddled with drug addicted employees and embezzlement! Steer clear!

This company really needs to work on morals and ethics. I cant speak for every location, but the ******* ** location is HORRIBLE. I cant believe the experienced Ive had doing business with them ranging from poor customer service to questionable estimates sent to my insurance company. Even after a year they are continually reopening my claim asking for extra money. Something needs to be done

They do not stand behind their work. Told us the lifetime warranty would not be upheld because we gave them a bad ****** review. The paint on our bumper which is what they fixed, does not match original paint job on the truck.

Dent Source doesn't pay their bills. They like to order apparel for all their stores in other states and ask for more and more while promising to pay as soon as they can. They were lying the whole time and now cut off communication and owes over $18,000. Owner ***************************** is a con job and this isn't the first time he ran up bills and didn't pay. It's been just long enough for people to forget him and he is at it again.

We took our car in for hail repair. We were told when we dropped it off that it would be 2 weeks and we would be updated on the progress often. We'll 2 weeks turned into a month and a half and we were never called about the progress. Infact every time we would call to check on the progress we were told contradicting information as to why it was taking so long. Finally When we did pick up the car the dents were gone but our passenger side door handle was broken on the inside and the inside was a mess. We will defiantly not be using them again, nor would we ever recommend them .

Dent Source is terrible to communicate with. They are nothing close to being professional in the work they do. They charge above-average for work and return your vehicle with broken areas than it came in with. I had a 2020 Ram **** in the ********, ** location and, to this day, I regret going in and hearing *******'s false hope of them handling my truck with utmost care and repair. From a customer to customer, I want to tell anyone out there to avoid this company if you really pride your vehicle. I can't look at my Ram the same way knowing the headliner is broken, side panels cracked paint, and missing screws and clips. Dent Source, read this, because you are never going let ******** forget - I saw the ******** posts of other people you "professionally handled". Despicable.

On July 7th **** we purchased a Used/New Denali, July 8th we went to dinner at ******* and hail the size of baseballs destroyed our new car, it had more divots than a golf ball. We called a friend who recommended a body shop in ********* who was so busy they could not see us for an estimate until August 4th. That night I saw an advertisement on ********* I called our dealer, and they said Dent Source had a good reputation and had done a good job on several cars they know of. So, I called and talked to ***********************, she was pleasant and understood my problem, so I went to their location. ****** got me in immediately and was friendly and professional and wanted my business, unlike the other company.I dropped the car off the next day, and they started work and contacted the insurance company, they told me it would take 10 to 14 days, sure enough they repaired the *** in 10 days, perfectly! There was almost $20,000 in damage and when I picked up the car it looked like the day I picked it up. They never repainted or caused any new damage from the situation! I would highly recommend Dent Source for future needs. Ask for ******.

My vehicle now has more damage than what it did going into their shop. Headliner has wires sticking out and is falling down, clear coat and paint missing from car body, scratched paint, trim pieces falling off, misaligned hood, and they drilled a hole in my door jam, and in several other places without consent- those holes were not touched up with paint or a protective coating nor were they plugged. This is just to name a few of the issues theyve created.Their flyer is also a scam. Their flyer states $250 cash back and free courtesy vehicles. When turning this flyer in for the cash back, I was told Good thing you brought the flyer in because that is what pays for the loaner vehicle.Will never go back and will never recommend to friends or family. Ive had my car into other shops and have never had this poor quality workmanship done.

I had Bobby over from Dents zero LLC to bring back to color in my pick up truck. I love how he brought the color back and the smoothness of my finish. Water just rolls off my truck now, plus he brought back the luster. He did a great job and worked all day. Thank you Bobby
