      This company has had our car since 12/29/23 for hail repair. They initially provided us with a broken rental vehicle that our representative told us has been in the shop and they are not sure what is wrong with it. The change oil light was on, a hole was in the rear tire and the entire body of the car shakes violently when put into gear. After the owner refused to exchange the rental vehicle claiming they did a 100 point inspection we left a negative review. Now we are being told there is no expected date of completion and our car has been in paint for 3 weeks now. We are also being informed as punishment for our negative review they are changing the terms of our repair and we are responsible for the deductible, which they agreed to pay. They refuse to allow ** access to our vehicle and we have now reported it stolen and contacted the state attorney generals office.

      My experience with Dent Source LLC has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in for hail repair on October 14th, 2023, and it still hasn't been repaired. Throughout this whole ordeal, I've been continuously lied to about the repair status, and even when I confronted the shop manager, *****************************, he hung up on me. Despite my insurance company paying out $12k for the damages, the lack of progress and unprofessional behavior from Dent Source LLC has left me severely disappointed.

      I dropped my vehicle off with Dent Source on April 13, 2022 and picked it up on May 4, 2022. They charged me a total of $3,091.17. The business initially stated that would work with me on a free estimate and provide a free courtesy vehicle in the meantime. However, they charged me $250 in administrative fees and $400 for R&I (to take pictures for the estimate, so it wasnt free as it was stated). Additionally, they charged me $100/day to store my vehicle. This is not a charge I was made aware of at the time I dropped it off, and it is not in writing anywhere in the initial agreement. They kept my vehicle while doing no repairs, even though I work in the same city the business is located. I could have picked up my vehicle as soon as they were done with the estimate/while I waited for them to work with my insurance. My insurance declined their estimate; no repair work was done on my vehicle in any way. I contacted Dent Source on May 3, 2022 to let them know I would need to pick up the vehicle due to personal situations that arose and a need for the vehicle to be returned, which was when I was made aware of the invoice amount. After speaking with my insurance, I contacted Dent Source again regarding the storage fees. They told me it was the shops policy, and I could make an offer. I asked for the owners name and phone number as there was too much back and forth between different staff members, and they would not disclose this information. I asked Dent Source to have the owner reach out to me, which he failed to do. When I called Dent Source the morning of May 4, 2022, they said the offer (which they forced us to provide and would not come up with a new amount on their own) was unacceptable and they would be charging the full amount. The invoice number is ******.
