The one in ****** have great customer service! The location discriminate. Judgemental. Went there to have my account open since September, and finally December and it just finally done. ****** was the one that send me email for the opening process.. once i turn in the docusign. She never answer any of my question. Emailed ****** at least 3 times. Never answer back. Call almost everyday everytime is she is not in.. ask for other to help, no one could help. So my husband, accidently call the location in Texas.. and finally she was able to pull up our business account,, and told us that it went through and all we had to do was to go do a deposit.. came in would give this location today tried to deposit took forever. But came through. With ****** help.. but she isnt much of a help.. just want to rush us and didn't even give us our account number.. she walk off to busy gossiping with her coworker. We had to wait another 15 mins. Then finally give us our account number.. No star. But because I'm giving a review so I'll give a one star. I will never come back to this location. This is the same thing happened to me when my husband and I both open our personal account. No one have knowledge. Seem like no one could ever call back. ****** location will be my to go to!! If corporate reading this review please have a meeting and correct your employee. Also, to the employees, if you're not into your job you shouldn't be working here. Especially this is a customer service business.. I've **** with others such as **** of America. And they don't judge nor give side eyes. Please stop judging. And no racism please. Thank you!
