      I became the Executor of my late sister estate in March 2022 which she owed a balance of $14,674.12 and the property went into foreclosure. The property has four other heirs that would be benefit from the sale of the property after the mortgage balance that is owed to Midland is paid. We had a potential sale in April but the buyer could not come up with additional financing. So the property was put back on the market and I decided to work with Midland to assume the debt since I was residing there. I submitted my financials, permission to run my credit, signed the loan documents on August 4 and then again on August ********************************************** residing at the property and once that it submitted it will be reviewed. All of Midland conversations are recorded and each time I asked if there was sale date I was told no just as recent August 12 I was told their no sale date and I never received any documents from the attorney firm stating it was a sale date. While I was in ********* on a holy pilgrimage for healing of terminal illness. I get a call from a realtor asking me did I want to buy the property back because it was sold at an auction on August 17; again I had signed new loan documents on that Friday August 13 and was told of a sale date. As a result I had to leave ********* immediately which costed me $4,980 for a one way last minute ticket to meet with my attorney. I have proof that the law firm Trott and ***** violated state rules on the sales which my attorneys will filing a complaints with the ******** Bar. But what confusing is that when we spoke with Midland they had to reach out to Trott to see if the sale occurred. Midland never authorized the sale or you did and never communicated that to me. I think it is totally unfair that I was completely blindsided and insulted by the whole process. I was doing what needed to done to pay the mortgage off now I'm facing more attorneys fees from both mines and yours.
