Loan: ********  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding inaccurate credit reporting by Midland Mortgage, Despite having a loan modification in place and being current on all required payments, the company continues to report false delinquencies to the credit bureaus.

This issue was previously addressed and resolved; however, the company has resumed reporting late or missed payments that are not accurate. These false reports have significantly harmed my credit score and directly impacted my ability to make major financial purchases, including the recent denial of financing for a new vehicle.

I request that Midland Mortgage immediately:

      1. Correct all inaccurate information on my credit reports.

      2. Provide written confirmation that my account is reported as current and accurate with all credit bureaus.

      3. Implement measures to prevent this issue from recurring.

I have attached supporting documents, including proof of loan modification, payment records, and previous correspondence regarding this matter.

This inaccurate reporting has caused financial and personal hardship, and I expect this matter to be investigated and corrected without delay.

      Sincerely,
      Alexis Rivero

      To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally address a matter concerning unclaimed funds owed to me from a house closing that took place in May 2021. I received a letter in May 2025 notifying me that a previous check had not been cashed, and I was given 10 days to respond or the funds would be turned over to the state.

I responded immediately via U.S. Mail on the same day I received the letter. Several weeks later, upon not receiving a replacement check, I contacted your customer service department. I was told my paperwork had just arrived, and despite the long delivery time, I was assured the payment was being expedited and I would receive the check within 10 business days.

However, after this period passed with no payment received, I called again and was told the paperwork was not received in time and the funds were being sent to the state. This contradicts my timeline and efforts, and I believe this was an internal error.

It is now [2+ months later], and I have checked the Pennsylvania unclaimed property website. The funds are not listed there, indicating they have not yet been forwarded to the state.

I am respectfully requesting that this issue be rectified as soon as possible. I am entitled to these funds, I followed all the instructions provided, and I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this.

Please respond in writing within 10 business days with confirmation of:

      The status of my funds.

Whether the funds have been sent to the state.

If not, a firm date by which I will receive payment directly.

I hope to resolve this matter amicably, but I will pursue further action if needed.

Midland Mortgage is showing late payments on my mortgage .They reported me as being 30, 60, and 90 days late between January and April 2025. This is wrong. The loan has since been paid in full and the property is paid off but the late payments are still on my credit.

When I closed out my mortgage with Midland, I found out these late payments had been reported. which disqualified me from getting a new home for my family. As a result, we currently don’t have a home. This has caused a lot of stress and hardship, even though I worked hard to pay off my loan.

This company has taken over $14,000 from the estate funds for a mortgage that was only around
$2800.00 when my mom passed away, they now want $11,000 more not to forclose, but the company stated
on record today with the CFPD complaint we filed ,this was referred to legal council for foreclosurewit no sale date, but I have been served for the second time and have court dates and more an more
      fees ,
As of 06/16/2025 I have to appear in court for a foreclosure for the second time for my
parents estate in which only had a balance of around $3500.00 over 2 years ago, I paid and emptied
my moms estate funds and my inheritance to pay the lawyer to get the loan reinstated and out of
foreclosure around $14,000, it then allowed the bank to speak with me in which they would not before
the first foreclosure due to the fact I was my parents , but I was the executive of the estate, this
created issues because I had no idea of what was owed and when, so I randomly sent payments the best
I could. I make minimum wage basically and as tie went on I missed a payment or 2 and the collection
dept. began calling me from Mid Land Bank, so I made more payments, even double payments, until one
day the collection dept. around the end of 2024 called, told me I could not make anymore payments, I
could not reinstate the loan because it was past its maturity date and the VA loan would not allow
it, nor NYS because NYS is one of the 2 states that do not allow that to happen, which when talkin
to the VA and getting more information that NYS is one of the 2 states that allow partial payments
reinstatement of loans and assuming loans. But before I had know anything, I put my hands up andstopped paying for a few months thinking i guess they are just going to take this house because
could not come up with the full balance the collection dept was trying to collect, apparently to
boost the bonus checks they receive, they lied to me. Now heading back into foreclosure,

Midland Mortgage (a division of MidFirst Bank) has failed to provide me with critical mortgage documentation I formally requested under California Labor Code §§ 1198.5, 226, and 432. Despite multiple email follow-ups beginning July 2, 2025, I have received no itemized breakdown of my escrow account, no clarification regarding the status of my $128,000 HUD grant, and no explanation for suspicious fluctuations in my loan balance.

On top of that, Midland has communicated with me inconsistently, failed to acknowledge the legal authority of my request, and has now stalled my ability to file time-sensitive housing-related complaints and legal filings. They continue to debit my account without transparency, potentially violating RESPA and HUD funding requirements.

This is an urgent issue affecting my financial security and legal standing, and I am documenting these delays with state and federal regulators (HUD, CFPB, DCA, and now BBB). I am not seeking to escalate this publicly if Midland responds professionally and provides the records I'm entitled to.

I signed up for the Midland Mortgage Assistance on 4/10/25. I was approved on May 27th. May 29th, I received plan documents that needed to be signed and notarized. I filled out the paperwork and mailed the notarized plan documents; Midland emailed they received them on June 6th. The email stated 1-2 weeks to process.

June 12th, I hadn't heard anything so I called to confirm that my mailed packet would be accepted. I was informed that my "signature" had to be exactly like my name was printed, including my middle initial. My signature signature didn't include that. There was a possibility that the packet would be denied. I was advised to resend the packet; I'd have to pay for overnight shipping to make the June 13th deadline.

So I raced out the door after printed copies from the mymidland.com account. After driving around the city, I located a notary, I signed (the exact way it was printed within the packet) and notarized all copies, then spent almost $90 in overnight shipping.

June 13th, Midland confirmed that they received the packet and everything looked good. June 16th I received a second email confirming they received the packet.

Midland informed me that my paperwork was completed and I would see the balance change. I was informed to pay my first payment by July 1st. I paid before July 1st. Midland assured me that nothing further needs to be done.

July 15th I received a letter stating I was denied. I called and the Midland Mortgage rep stated it was a denial from my first application. I confirmed I sent 2 packets for 1 app. She confirmed I was approved and to disregard the letter. She couldn't send and email confirmation.

It's July 25th and I received a Midland letter stating I owe over $16k and it was reported to my credit. I logged into mymidland.com and it states "Your application for mortgage assistance has been denied. You may be eligible to re-apply." Midland, honor the approval. Stop foreclosure proceedings.

I submitted an online mortgage payment on June 6th for the amount of $1,905.53
The funds were drafted from my bank account on June 10th
The payment was supposedly reversed on June 16th but shows as made on my bank side.
My bank provided me with a certification that the payment was sent, including a trace number.
I submitted this evidence to Midland Mortgage via email.
I've called several times and they have opened "investigations" that have not solved the problem.
The payment was NEVER reversed on my bank end but Midland Mortgage claims that they cannot find the payment.
My mortgage loan is currently past due and is affecting my credit.

On November 2024 my mortgage company which is Midland Mortgage added a fee to my mortgage account. The fee is $906. When I called Midland to ask information about the fee they added agent stated that it was for court fees related to my account. To me this fee is not my responsibility. This fee should be taken out of my mortgage statement and waived. The work done was for their benefit not mine. It's like Midland bought a company car and they wanted me to pay for it. The agent I spoke to also stated that I can dispute this fee but they have to send the form I have to fill out through the mail. It has been five weeks since I called and they have not sent me the form. I am tired of getting the run around with Midland Mortgage. I feel like they are taking advantage of me. Please see attached mortgage statement. It will show the $906 fee added to my mortgage account which is just labeled as a fee. No explanation.
