On May 12, 2021, I dropped my four pound, five month old Yorkshire Terrior off at the Bark on Main Pet Salon to be groomed. He had some knots and I asked them to do what they could, I would prefer him not shaved but cut short. When I dropped him off he was happy and healthy, he had been running around and playing that morning. He was limping when he got home. I took him to the vet and his back left paw was fractured in two places. The vet adamantly denied having anything to do with it was very rude and confrontational. My friends and I left bad reviews and she told me WE were unprofessional when I came in for the refund. Later on the vet informed me he would need surgery. I informed the groomer that she needed to be responsible for his vet bill and she told me she was sending me a cease and desist order because the things we were saying were not true. I don't see how she can deny fracturing his leg when I dropped him off healthy and picked him up with a broken leg. She was very hateful
