Arvest Bank has changed software and ever since it did my mortgage payment has been wrong when I've made my payment on line. I have made several attempts to get this resolved by phone, email, and spending 4hours at the bank with a loan officer. I was told that they have gotten it straightened out. I was told verbaly that the problem has been resolved and asked for proof in writing, and refund the $274.10 back to my checking account that was an overpayment. Neither of these things have been done and I've given them several weeks to address this. Since they told me they have fixed the problem, I paid my mortgage on line again this month instead of going into the bank, and again the payment showing is the wrong amount. I need help getting this resolved. I have made copies of bank statement and kept a detailed diary and can prove the bank is making mistakes.Business response

I am still trying to get things worked out with Arvest. I've sent my personal ledger with payment dates to and amounts and hopefully we will have an agreement by today May 3, 2023 at 3pm. I don't want to close this case unless that happens. Please chack back with me at a later date.
