This individual *********************** has been performing legal services for fees without a license. He goes State to State previously in *****, scamming people by operating a fly by night Legal Services business presenting himself as a lawyer. He has used this scam to also file 4 fictitious small claims lawsuits to date against my wife and I stating that we owe him over $10,000 in legal fees which he performed himself. This behavior is predatory in nature and is retaliatory because of my wife and I filing complaints such as this. He has filed erroneous Garnishment Affidavits with other individuals names to our bank in ******** which resulted in our accounts being frozen and closed. He authored a Garnishment letter with a erroneous amount far greater than what the Judged ordered and presented it to the bank with a stamp saying it was simply only filed by the *********************, NOT a signed judgement by a Judge, I believe he is doing this to numerous people in efforts to extort money from them. He has also attempted to put illegal bogus LIENS against my rental properties in ********. He uses the mistaken assumption of people that he is a attorney to prey on Court staff, banks, government offices that are not paying attention to the details of his actions. Our bank ********* ************ kept telling us to contact the Lawyer *********************** when he submitted a bogus affidavit to freeze our accounts. I kept trying to explain that he is NOT a lawyer, I assume he must have showed them some fake credentials. Hes very meticulous about hiding his identity and address.
