    I received a Billing Invoice # ***** for the obligation to pay $55.16 for dental services allegedly received on October 7th, 2021. I only know the date due to feedback provided by ************** *** from a phone call conversation on October 15th, 2021. Ms. *** stated the dental service provided was for my son *************************** but the billing invoice gave no indication of the support for my minor son for services provided. I have United ************************** to support my son. I requested *********************** or someone from her office provide me some dental information regarding the services provided but she failed to do so. No one from the ********************************************* Dentistry responded to my email, website feedback and phone request. I am not comfortable with their lack of response for they are charging me for services that were not for me as depicted in Invoice # ***** nor are they giving me any dental notes or supporting documentation or even feedback regarding what I am being charged for. I did not sign any document committing myself to payment for services and feel any billing they require should be taken up with the individual who requested their services. I feel uncomfortable for ********************************************* could take action against me with a ***************** demanding payment for services I have no awareness of other that their **** and a conversation with Ms. ***. Their potential effort to seek action against me and affect my credit rating could be harmful. Given their unprofessional response to my simple request regarding documentation or proof of services for my then minor son *************************** who I share joint custody I feel I must file a complaint to resolve this billing issue in a professional manner. I have sent an email and provided feedback on the website but they have not responded. The feedback provided by me in both my ************* website can be provided upon request for the existing space/characters permitted will not permit it to be disclosed in this note.
