Good afternoon, Ever since I have moved into this park it's been very difficult to pay rent. And they keep charging ridiculous fee amounts. My lot rent is 400 I pay ************************************************ directly with a routing and account number and I am still being charge NFS charges for no reason. And when I call and ask them they have no clueBusiness response

We have been working with ******* since last May. She was paying through our web pay access that requires a bank account. She experienced 4 ****************** charges) on 5/2423, 7/26/23 and 8/31/23 and 10/1/23. At that point her web pay access was suspended and she was asked to pay her rent with cash at the local Pay lease cash payment locations. Generally all ******* stores accept "pay lease cash pay".
The cash pay system (third party rent collector) will not accept partial payments and does cause a few of our customers issues when trying to pay their rent. I have waived the last $50 late fee for ******** while she has mailed a money order to our home office for rent payment. We would like ******** to catch up her lot rent payment and pay cash through the local ******* by the 1st with an understanding that her lot rent is late after the 5th and $50 late fees applied.
Our park manager, who lives next door to ******* will be happy to go with ******* to the ******* next rent period and work with her to work out any obstacles in her rent paying. In the mean time, I will be happy to waive this next $50 late rent charge that will be applied allowing her money order to be delivered to our home office and applied to her account. I did notice that she let us know that her changing jobs delayed one of her rent payments. We do try to make paying lot rent as easy as possible. Late fees and bank charges generally apply to all of customers that have insufficient funds. If the bank shows us that it might be on the Paylease system or other reason, I will be more than happy to issue NSF or late fee charges. We work with over ***************** our area and try to make the rent paying process as easy as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We want to know where our money is going we still have not seen any repairs done, there are trees hanging over houses, a tree branch hanging over our street ripped the canopy off of our pontoon, dented the top of our carport. We are still having no water and there is still a sewage problem.
