      This place is GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO ???????????????? Worst car buying and service experience in my LIFE. My dealer was terrible, upper management could care less. Zero stars, would not recommend, complete TRASH. Never again. I DEFINITELY experienced the #DesperateDiffeeDifference

      ******************* PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON 3/30/2022. HE CALLED 3-4 DAYS AFTER THE **** COMPLAINING OF AN ISSUE WITH THE INFORMATION SCREEN. ALTHOUGH ******************* CHOSE NOT TO PURCHASE ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SIGNED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT HE WAS BUYING THE VEHICLE UNDER A NO WARRANTY STATUS, WE ASKED HIM TO BRING IT IN TO BE DIAGNOSED. WE DID FIND THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE **** MODULE AND REPLACED THE PART AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS WAS A COST OF 800 DOLLARS TO OUR DEALERSHIP. ******************* CALLED ME YESTERDAY COMPLAINING OF MORE ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE. I RETURNED HIS CALL BUT WAS UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE HIS VOICE MAILBOX WAS FULL. COURT DIFFEE

      I recently purchased a used car from Diffee **** in *******, ** in May 2021 after driving 5 hours from ** to do so, and negotiating the deal via phone and online. I was told the car had two keys by two different employees, the first I spoke to to confirm the car was available and check to see if it had certain features, and the sales rep I was then passed to to conclude the sale on a different day. When I arrived at the dealership for my test drive I wasn't informed that the car I had to come purchase had been being driven by the owner and had 4000 more miles on it than advertised. I again asked for the second key and was told "I need to get that from the owner." When ready to leave I again reiterated I needed the second key and was told "give me a couple days to track it down." After not hearing back as promised I followed up with my sales rep via text and was advise "there is no second key, and it's our policy not to provide one." This is completely unethical as they were well aware I would not have left the dealership with this car without the second key I was told existed, or a replacement one if it had been lost, and they would have lost the sale. But based on the assurance the second key just "needed to be located" I left in good faith that Diffee **** would do the right thing per what I had been told before, during, and after the sale. The communications have since become **** to say the least, and when I asked for the name, email, and phone number of the owner they ceased responding altogether.Additionally, I asked the finance manager to provide the cost of the **** Premium **** extended warranty, and instead he provided the cost for a 3rd party company called *** (which he didn't disclose until I questioned it upon seeing the paperwork). When I questioned it, and after being insulted by him more than once during the finance process with comments like "Are you always like this?", I was assured the policy covered the same components as the **** warranty. It took three weeks to get a straight answer from the *** company because for two weeks they could not locate my warranty at all, and when they finally could they could not produce a complete list of covered and excluded parts I requested. I asked them to clarify specifically if two items that are covered under the **** Premium **** warranty were covered under their policy only to be told they are not, and to be told there is no formal document that lists covered and excluded parts. Needless to say, the finance manager was inaccurate at best, and outright lying when stating the warranty covered the same parts as the **** Warranty as he assured me three separate times it did, so I will be cancelling this warranty for a full refund within the initial 30 day period, but I must do so through the dealer that sold it so I'm not looking forward to that process considering how things went with the mileage and key issue. For a dealership that supposedly prides itself on customer service, and integrity, and remediating the stereotype of the "average car dealer" my experience with them was the complete opposite, and anything but what they claim. They outright lied, were deceitful, and failed to honor their word.
