On or about11/02 2021 my husband took my car into diffee because yet again the climate control system stopped communicating with the car which means no electronuc on the passenger side works and no heat or ac works.When he picked our car up it had a flat and we had no issues with the tires before putting it in the shop and with in 12 hours it stopped comunicating with the car again. My extended warrenty is now out and my car is still nit working. A few days after getting my car out someone from diffee called and stated that i had hit something in the loaner car i had used. I told him i had no idea what he was talking about and asked why my car was still not fuxed he stated he didnt car about that and to speak to someone else and continued to yell at me so i hung the phone up.I have recieved the loaner car agreement that shiws a diagram of the car you get one when you take it out and bring it back and it does not ahow damage on it.I am actually aprehensive about contacting them again because there is no telling what they will accuse me of.I have never has anyone speak down to me ir as rudly to me as the service person mostly *** and who ever that was that was yelling at me on the phone.I paid for my car to be fixed and its not. I told hoe when we first took it in it wasnt the upper control arm he rolled his eyes and said how would you know. I guess they just want it to be be because this is twice they have replaced ut and *** informed my it is a ****** part.I would like for my car to get actually fixed. I have filed a complaint with every agency i can think of but **** has yet to do a recall this is apperantly a common issue.Business response

I WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HAVE HER BRING HER VEHICLE BACK IN TO ALLOW ME TO DRIVE IT WITH HER AND VERIFY HER COMPLAINT.
