To Whom It May ******* On May 14, 2024 Converse and Engineering **** Entered my parents property uninvited. D.W. Converse was asked to leave no less than 10 times before he and his passenger finally left. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and we felt unsafe. He didn't not have any logos on his vehicle or the shirts they were wearing. I don't want a resolution with him or his business. When I asked him questions as to way he was on our property to survey someone else's property he could not give me any answers to any of the questions. I asked him were his business was located he would not give me any answers. He was very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to anyone. I have filed a report with Lincoln ************************

Had to fire him because he kept pushing us back. 5 months wasted because of his excuses. Would not recommend!!

Surprisingly unprofessional conduct. Initially reached Mr. ******************** on 8/24/2021 to conduct a pin survey so that I could submit a permit request to the city to construct a fence. My mortgage company had used him for the initial land survey, so I contacted him for a quote. As of 9/20/2021 I had contacted him 18 times, including via telephone and via text message to send him photos of his initial survey per his request. Each time said would "get back to me" or to expect a phone call "soon", but did not do this. This significantly delayed my fence permit submission.On my final phone call with him, he quickly quoted me $950, so I asked why he was not able to provide me a quote sooner. He became irate and threatening. Accused me of "not sending him a text instead of just calling". "You keep calling this a survey, STOP calling this a survey, this is just for the pins." Stated, "I do not need to hear this from you, I'm a busy guy, I've got lots of jobs and you are just one of those people."

Liar and time waster.Called him originally back in April of 2021 (all calls automatically recorded, quotations are direct quotes). Had 3 properties to get surveyed. First, he said he was about 3 weeks out. Which was fine. Fast forward a month, I call and he says "I am slammed, I will get to them the start of next week."2 weeks later I call again, "I'm running behind, family troubles, I'll get to them the end of this week or the start of next week. For sure."The end of the next week. "I got behind. I'll get to them the start of next week."This goes on for a full month.Finally (2 and a half months later), he finished 2 of them and told me the 3rd was "very difficult" and he would have to contact a friend for help. I call or text every week for two months. Always the same style of excuse. "I should be able to get that finished next week on Monday."I wasn't super worried since construction costs made it so building was too expensive. Finally we get to the end of August (4 months later)! Get him on the phone. "Next week."Start of September, "Next week."September 10, 20201 - I call and tell him if he can't do it next week I'll find someone else. Since building costs have finally come down."I'll for sure get it done Monday or Tuesday of next week."Finally today, 9/16/2021 I called him. "I couldn't get it done, I had a bunch of other jobs. I'll get to it next week."If you want someone who always has excuses and puts you last, CSE is the company for you!
