    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact them before installing the item, this is VERY important:

    *THE RIGHT TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE IS FOREFITED ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED*

    If they made the error in shipping you the incorrect item, please let them know

    They will send you a prepaid return label and offer you a free exchange if the item is in stock, or a full refund.
    If the item was damaged during shipping, please let us know.
    They will make a claim with Fedex, send you a prepaid return label, and offer you a free exchange if the item is in stock, or a full refund.
    If you ordered the incorrect item, please let them know.
    They will accept returns on uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, but you will have to cover the shipping to return the item.  Please note that there is 15% restocking fee for items ordered incorrectly.
    If you no longer need the item and would like to cancel, please let them know.

    TEMCO does offer a 30 day return policy for installed equipment if our EQUIPMENT does not perform to the customers satisfaction. This 30 day return policy does not apply to freight damage equipment.
    Refund Policy
    Refunds are processed once the returned merchandise is delivered back to them and confirmed with a tracking number. Once a refund is put into processing, please allow 2-3 business days for completion. The refund will be returned to its original form of payment.
