Just called to inquire if they have any A/C appts available Friday or Monday. Said they have to set up an account for me and need name, address, etc. before they can look it up. I told them I would give that info when we make appt. Still said she couldnt do it. Whats up with that? Sounds like a scam.Review from Emily M

Quoted me $1287.60 to put on 15' of lines set insulation on (4) lines that are on the outside of my house. This is 60' of basically Pool Noodles that would take 30 minutes to put on. This company is a complete joke. Price gouging at it's finest!!!Review from Jean R

Unethical & ****************** My AC stopped cooling last year, I had a service come out and they said it had a leak in the coil. They put in coolant and it lasted all summer for less than $200. This year it stopped cooling again, I callled Airco in ******, **, they quoted $99 service call and $49 a lb for coolant. When the serviceman came out he said it was $189 a lb. The price difference really threw me but I was desperate to get some cool air. I said go ahead and put in the coolant. It was $753 for 3 lbs and didn't last 2 weeks. I called back and let them know. It sounded like the same serviceman and he said that he may be able to help me but they would have to charge me extra as it was a week-end. I would think under the circumstance they would try to compensate me in some way, not charge me extra. Bait and switch tactics. I had to get another contractor and found that the 3lbs they put in was 1/2 of the total the unit held. No ethical company would do that and no ethical company quotes one prices and switches to another when they get there. This company takes advantage of people. I hope no one else gets caught like this!

After reviewing all of the calls on the account, we did verify that one of our newer reps had misquoted the customer. Called customer and apologized for the confusion/experience and a resolution was agreed to issue a refund back for the difference that we misquoted.Review from ALVIN l S

same as other people no communication. been waiting 3 day for parts that have not received any call. i have to always call them . had i known would have gone with someone else . went with them because home depot listed them . they just dont seem to care just get the sale and get that money

My biggest complaint is that they have Absolutely No Communication!! We bought a new Heat and Air system. They arrived at our home to install. We received a text that morning saying to pay the installers, after installers had been working around 4pm they said we didn't receive the correct outside unit so they are installing a loaner until ours comes in. They left at 5:45 pm Did they call and tell us about this.... NOPE. My husband called and the salesman said they he knew about this about 3 days ago, but failed to call us. The installers said they would be out the next day to install the correct unit. NOPE didn't happen nor did we get a call. Again No Communication! My husband call salesman again, he said when it comes in it will only take about 30 mins to put in.. About a week later they did come to install our unit we bought. Salesman told us it would take 30 mins. NOPE 5 hours later with No Air and 6 kids. The next week we were in the car fixing to leave they called and said we are on our way to your house to do a diagnostic so you can get your rebate... AGAIN No Communication we wasn't told this was going to happen! This last week we were at a splash pad with the kids, got a call from an inspector saying he was on his way to our home to inspect it. We was so confused ?? AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION!!! We had to tell them we wasn't told anything about this! I did set up appointment for him to come out next week. Now we are stuck with Airco for at least the next 10 years for summer and fall maintenance I hope and pray they can get their c*** together. The sad thing about this whole thing is we met with 3 different companies and had chosen Airco they felt like they were very knowledgeable. I guess people just don't care!
