      I bought a used car which went fine with the sales person. I traded in an Audi Q5 with 100k on it. I told them it was in fair condition. When they picked it up I told them it did use oil. No other issues I was aware of. The finance people were horrible. I tried to get my questions answered about the process and got no reply except claims I was harassing them by asking questions. They claimed I told them it was in excellent condition; think this was someone doing a CYA.Beware of doing business with them!Here's an email I got from one of them:harassment sir when I have given you the answers about your title and you are not happy with it the simple fact is I dont have to sell you a vehicle if we dont want to I know you probably are use to bullying people into what you want and get but being an adult and honest even though once again you probably think you are perfect and never done anything wrong ever in your life dealt with alot of people that are entitled and I have just decided to unwind the deal because your car is not even in average condition when the repairs exceed what the vehicle is worth so I do appreciate that you are willing to keep my perfect condition car but you never once brought up the fact that we would need a quart of oil and it was leaking so bad we needed to add oil to even bring it back you cant admit any fault and because you cant be honest sir and patient when you have made mistakes that is costing us time I would of been more than willing to keep the deal together but a simple sorry and I understand that we have to file for a new title because it was a week later you set up financing you dont like these answers and even insisted we pay for your first payment. I have not harassed you in anyway you emailed first sir. ***** you and we have the title and all docs showing we are the owner of the ***** will be real hard to hold it from us when we shows docs showing we own it. A simple sorry and patience would of went a long way from you sir.

      This is an additional problem . They had a vehicle listed on internet and I was quoted the same price over the phone. When they put the numbers down on paper it was a lot higher. I questioned it and was told they found a problem and put in for service. So they added it to the price but did not change it on their internet listing

      Let me start off by saying the salesman was awesome. When I went in to buy my Kona in June 2022. The sticker price for the Kona was $28,000 the sales manager, don't remember his name up the charge to around $34,000. It was only 2 Kona's left when I bought my car. I have talked to alot of people and other Hyundai dealership trying to trade it in for something cheaper and they also said automax over charged me. I thought it was the taxes on the car, nope I was wrong. Until it was time to buy my car tag. I realized I was over charged. I have went back and called for the sales manager he is always busy, so I had to talk to other people in sales & finance department. Also it was my first time ever purchasing a car. I asked about they 72hrs return policy if I didn't won't the car. Salesman said they never heard of it. When other Hyundai dealership has a 72hr return policy.

      I bought a 2015 GLA 250 from this carlot. I put 5500 cash down and the finance sales person Warren told me when i was signing my paperwork i had to purchase an extended warranty for 3500 plus gap for 900. I signed the paperwork and left. A rock hit my windsheild and cracked it. I called extended warranty people. They said it was cosmetic to fix it they didnt cover it. I told them to cancel my warranty and gap. I wanted my money back since i cant use them. They said fine. It would take 6 weeks to get a check. I wouldnt receive the check my bank would. Cool. No problem. 6 weeks came and left. Jannette in financing threw away my paperwork i found out but was going to back log and send it to them that day. Cool. No problem. Never heard anything went up to the carlot two times tthey lied and said it would be next week. Meanwhile everyday the warranty people are deducting money from my check and nobody is doing anything bout that. I finally called the owner of automax and talked to him he said something bout 2 siguratures. Whatever that means and hed send a check to my bank that day. ... He sent a check. it is missing 3000.00. Im so tired of carlots taking advantage of the customer. Why do i have to get on this website to get my money straight. I was going to trade in car in at this carlot ,not anymore. I want the rest of the money owed to me or did the watranty people send it and automax kept it and gave me what they wanted me to have?

      Sold me a vehicle that needed some repairs and told me that they would pay for the repairs and recommended a shop to take it to. After taking it in twice to get fixed they backed out on their word and refused to pay for the repairs. They are the reason that car dealerships have a bad name. Don't but a car from Automax Hyundai of Del City

      I wish we had a better experience here. Unfortunately, this dealership, from the management to our salesman was dishonest and uncommunicative.Over Labor Day weekend, we made an appointment to see a vehicle, but the original key was locked in the sales department. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle because it was what we were looking for. Because of the key situation, we were given a lower price by our salesman. However, when we went in to finance and sign papers they had added in extra costs and even charged us for a key. It took several rounds, but we finally got back down to the original price they told us. No apologies about trying to sneak in extra costs that we hadn't agreed upon.We were assured by our salesman *****, and by his manager, ****, and by the man financing our deal that the original key would be sent to us. Unfortunately, I have been calling for the past 2 months to get the key sent, and no one returns my calls or can seem to give a straight answer about sending the key. My husband finally called today and talked with ****** who basically told him since we didn't have them write it out in our sales agreement they won't honor their word and send the key.This dealership has treated my phone calls rudely, misogynistically, and with a sense of dishonesty that is hard to believe. If you are looking for a place you can trust to treat you fairly, shop elsewhere!

      The staff was rude, unprofessional, and lied (*****). The service department was supposed to detail the car and check the ac. The detail was terrible as they didnt even wipe down. Doubt they checked the ac. When we complained to ***** he said, well its free. *** was helpful.

      Beware of false advertising! They listed a car on the website as being for sale for the ***** They have a "buy now" button on their website for internet shopping! I clicked it, and filled out a form, and they responded to say the price would be $4,000 higher than advertised!!!! This is illegal, immoral, and wrong! SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
