Very unprofessional. Where do I start... they came out on a Friday said it would be pointless to do anything with the pool since it was supposed to rain. I understand that. So they said they would be out Monday no later then Tuesday. Tuesday came and around 3 pm I called to see if we were still good for them coming out. The lady, whom was very pleasant to speak with, stated they had strep going around the office so someone will be out on Wednesday. An hour later we got a call from ************ stating he just left our house about 20 minutes ago and we needed some piece that was going to cost amln extra ****** I believe. He spoke with my husband. I told him ***** came by because ***** called or even knocked on our door plus the lady stated someone was coming the next day. I called back just to make sure they had the correct address with my number, mistakes happen, the guy then very ****** stated he was here he went through my gate and asked why he would lie about something like that. I said I was NOT calling him a lier I was making sure he had the right place. He stated he did hes worked with the pervious owners. Like I'm supposed to know what went on before we bought the place. The next day they called and stated they would not be back due to it not being a good fight for either of us. So we're being punished because the worker showed up unannounced and took it upon his self to enter our backyard without us even being aware. Then get an attitude when all I was doing was making sure he had the right house. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE UNANNOUNCED AND ENTERED MY BACKYARD WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We did receive permission from the gentleman that spoke with ** at poolside, as well as the gentleman we spoke with over the phone, who I assume are the same man. We went to the pool and assessed the needs. We called the number we had initially been given as a point of contact and the man approved the purchase of the needed items/work. Shortly after that conversation, a female called and stated we had not been at her pool and that we must have been at the wrong address. The business owner, with whom she was speaking with, assured her we were at the correct address but she continued to disagree. At this point, he asked her "why would I lie about that?" After the negative interaction, we deemed it best to let her use a different pool company. We really like for every customer, as well as ourselves, to walk away from each job feeling good, and this didn't seem probable in this instance. That is when I called her to tell her we would need to decline the job.

Duncan Pools comes out reliably on a regular basis and helps teach me my own pool. Open and closing for the seasons too. I highly recommend.

Duncan pools and spa are very unproffesional. Every dialogue but the last was pleasant and normal. During the last conversation with the woman working whatever they call a business accused me of being hateful and nasty to not only her, but also her employees. Im guessing that because the crew ******* was family of hers, she slurped up whatever bs he fed her. long story short, I called them to fix my pool. They didnt do that. They also were here unannounced. by the time I realized they were here, they had replaced 2 fittings and had the motor off of the pump. they didnt have authorization to do anything. I didnt even know they were here. Lucky for them, I raise my dogs peacefully. So if you need any pool work done, dont call these people.

I can not apologize enough for our lack of professionalism. We try to provide quality work at a fair price and with a good attitude. We failed this time! I'm sorry for your negative experience with our business. Respect should always be present in our interactions and it was not in this instance. We would certainly be willing to do better if you are so inclined to allow us back.
