      The owner would not fix the air compressor in this 100 degree heat. I could not work at all. Had air I come out they deemed the air compressor was out. The owner wanted me to sign a new lease with the cost of the air compressor built into the price. They said if I terminate the lease. I can and would release me from any charges. I left on the 8/15/2023. They said I will be in free and clear. Now they are saying abandoned when I told them prior and they agreed. I purchase a how water tank they told me I could not take with me. Which I left. I cleaned the whole space out. Now they are Dayi g they want to charge me 700. For cleaning they hired the contractor that I stalled the hot water tank and my sink. She cut the hole in the wall. The paint they are speaking about was their profit to them buying the property. Everything was left in the condition of which it came. The only thing need to be done is swept. That it. They are practicing crazy behavior when I could not even work due to the heat m the pace was 100 degrees with no windows. No one can stay in there for long due to the extreme temps. I want my deposit back and and release from owing them anything from their company owned by ********************* way in ********** his number is ************. He is making threats that if I dont sign a nda he going to *** me for a a/c unit thst is out due to just bring old he has made no repairs and is doing shady business at this point he is argumentative and bias towards taking care of business correctly. He want to raise the rent 200 for the fix of his unit.

      In response to the statement made by *******************************, She leased unit 1933 on June 1, 2022.  She agreed to the terms of the lease

      which states in MAINTENANCE ***************** shall keep the lease Premises neat and clean and in such repair, order and condition as

      received, commencement date or occupancy date, whichever is earlies. or may be put in during the term hereof, reasonable use and wear excepted. Tenant shall maintain (including necessary replacement) 

      all fixtures and equipment relating to plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)

      The tenant refused to comply with this lease and its terms and vacated unit.

      She left before lease term was completed.

      I am rejecting this response because:  

      the terms of the lease were not met. The owner wanted me to pay for an air conditioner unit that the compressor went out on. The property manager which is ******. Knows nothing of what was discussed with the owner. We discussed per email if the air conditioner was not fixed in the hottest month of the year in August I would have to terminate my lease due to ***************** laws for consumer business. You can terminate a lease early if the occupant does not have the essentials to run the business. Air conditioner is a Hearh hazard people can come into a business without efficient air. If people were to pas out from 200 degree heat he would be held for the issues. So, ****** needs to get proper information before she writes anything. I have proof of what was discussed. The owner wanted me to sign a non-disclosure so that show he was at fault. Who would pay for a compressor with a couple of months left on their lease. Also who would pay for another persons compressor on their business. Unethical and dishonest is this group of distrustful so called business group .
