    **** at this branch was very rude and condescending. She spoke and entire 2 minutes not knowing any of the situation. I have court paperwork stating to remove ex husbands name on account. This manager refused to help and just wants me to close my account and make a new one. Ill take my accounts to a new bank in that case. The tone in the managers voice was appalling

    This company and this branch believes in lying to customers, accusing them of fraud with no basis, and asking personal questions in front of other customers. Nothing but a bait and switch. The brand manager ********************* is rude and unapologetic. I was targeted and I am not going to stop until someone takes my complaint seriously.
