    I was in a lease agreement for a 2022 accord sedan. It was to be a 36 month lease which began April 2022. I have just received news that my health is deteriorating quickly, and my eyesight is compromised. I will almost definitely have to retire earlier than anticipated. So, I made an appointment to speak with someone about what options I had regarding getting out of my lease early. I met with Honda as scheduled and was asked what I wanted from Honda. I stammered and stuttered in my ignorance and did not have an answer. I was told to wait, and the salesperson left for a few short minutes. She came back and offered to take the car back with no fees or penalties. I accepted, signed a half page document and was driven home and dropped off car-less. I was there maybe 15 minutes. I received NO copy of the page I signed. I did not see ANY figures at all. I thought I was missing something. I felt so stupid. I felt that I was totally taken advantage of and treated like I was a stupid little 65 year old lady who could be taken for a ride. I gave Honda my 2015 Chrysler 200 with low mileage and in excellent condition as a down payment. They valued it at $11500. I also put over $200 cash down. I also made 20 months worth of payments, so in all I was out over $16000. I walked away with NOTHING but a hole in my retirement account. I requested a meeting with Honda so that I could talk about what had happened, but they never returned my calls. I’d be glad to offer more details should you need them. I would like some of my money back, not all, of course. Please help me resolve this matter. I’d be forever grateful. ***** ******  **** ******* **** *********** ** ****###-###-####

    Let me start off by saying that I bought my first car from Tansky Toyota in ****, and have purchased several new and used vehicles from them since, this was one of our first interactions with the new owners of "Zanesville Toyota". We recently took our 2014 Toyota in for a regular oil change and to have it checked out before we took it on vacation. First my wife was informed that her battery was "reading low" she told them to replace it, they then came in and told her that "her engine bolts have issues and they would have to replace them", she informed them to change the oil and that she would have it looked at. We then took the vehicle to a well respected local mechanic and had him go over the entire vehicle, no issues. Having dealt with the prior owners for years it makes me sad that the new owners choose to operate their business like this, I would avoid this business at all costs.
