I bought a 2012 **** excape from credit auto Mart in September, I been driving around since then not knowing I was sold a vehicle that could fall apart at anytime and I mean that literally, on Monday 2/5/24 I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a 30 point inspection at mineral Auto, I was informed that the subframe on the passenger side had gotten to the point of rusting through and that it could fail at anytime. After leaving Mineral Auto I went straight to credit auto and spoke with ********** asked what type of inspections were done on vehicles when they but them he said he wasn't sure I explained the situation to him he stated that it was a way for auto repair to make more money and offered a band aid fix, the only problem is that won't fix the problem the subframe has to be replaced, this vehicle should have never been sold, it was not disclosed that there was any problem with rust especially on the under carriage, I'm willing to give him the time to fix it properly but paying $11730.03 including finance charges for a vehicle that's a death trap just doesn't work for me.

We will re inspect the vehicle to see what repairs are required.

This man sell lemon cars! I bought a 2014 **** escape 5 months ago and paid 12k. My cars transmission just stopped. I have warranty through AUL. They required me to have it taken to Credit Auto Mart. I had it towed to him. I called him and told him he told me he doesnt have a transmission guy to diagnose it so my car sat of over a week. I called after 9 days then he tells me a man of his choosing that normally doesnt work on transmissions diagnosed my car. He said it was the clutch inside of the transmission. Mind you this is an auto transmission. How is it he can have this diagnosed when the man that checked it doesnt know anything about transmissions. He filed a claim with my warranty AUL that he sold to me. *** rejected the claim stating that they do not cover clutch work. I have called at least ********************************************************* automatic transmissions theres another reason. I then called for 5 days in a row to talk to ******************* the owner of Credit Auto Mart and he forwards me to voicemail. Nothing was reported to the warranty company. Credit Auto Mart never opened a claim nor did we speak to the warranty company. ************** must of gave the warranty company that diagnosis, we never had a conversation with them.
