Garry and his team organized an auction on short notice with very little input from us. He kept us informed every step of the way, including on the day of the auction when we could not be present. In a very short time after the sale we received a check and an itemized list showing what sold and for how much. These are kind people and I would choose them again!Review from Meri Jo W

This team is a well oiled machine with a good heart. The loss of our father left us with broken hearts and overwhelming chaos in terms of accumulated items. We could never have sorted and organized the way they did. What a relief to have them take over! The auction process ran smoothly and their kindness was greatly appreciated. Gary and his team did a top notch job in helping us deal the family farm. My father passed and we were overwhelmed with decades of accumulation—not only in the house, but also in a large garage and barn. They quickly and efficiently organized everything for the auction. They were very professional. They sold most of the stuff and then got rid of what was left— so we didn’t have much to clean up! They were kind and understanding, aware that we were still grieving and struggling with letting go. Their years of experience shows!Review from Amy H

Garry was very professional when he auctioned my deceased father’s house yesterday 08/01//22. I would recommend him to any one that needs a an auctioneer l. If he was in Kentucky I would have him do auctions for me all the time

I recently had the pleasure of working with Garry Koogler and his team to auction the contents of our house in Beavercreek Township. We had been in our home for over 28 years so we had accumulated a lot of “Treasures”. Garry was very considerate of my situation and made me feel comfortable with the process. Garry worked with us to determine the best time and date and even allowed us to change the date when we felt we weren’t ready. He allowed us to identify items that were not for sale. A family friend recommended Garry to help clear a house left to me after my brother passed. A home my family occupied for 40+ years, leaving a large amount of furniture, tools, electronics and personal items. To say I didn't know where to start is a understatement. I soon realized why my friend recommended Garry, Sally and the rest of his crew. Everything was thoroughly explained, and they always showed up exactly when promised. We recently had Gary help us with auctioning a relative's house full of personal belongings. There was a lot to sort through and organize, but Gary and his staff did a great job prepping, setting up for the auction and cleaning up afterwards. Unfortunately, there was bad weather the day of the auction but Gary supplied tents to shelter from the rain. The auction was a success and we were pleased with his conduct of the auction. I found Garry to be really great to work with. He is very conscientious and honest. His crew is wonderful. Very hard working, honest, and very pleasant. I had no experience working with a group like this, but I would work with these fellows again in a heartbeat. If you need an auctioneer, this is the fellow to get. If you are looking for an Auctioneer, Garry is a guy that knows the business. He was definitely caring and helpful during our time of needing an auctioneer. I would highly recommend Garry Koogler, he is a man you can trust!
