I took my 2015 Mini-****** ********** All-4S to ***'s Auto in ******* to have a Clutch replaced. Upon picking up my car the clutch started to fail a few days after the work was complete. *** had me drop the car off so he could diagnose the problem. After having the car for several months he told me to pick the car up because he couldn't figure out why the clutch wasn't working. When doing research it appears ***'s put the incorrect clutch in as well as machined a Dual Mass Flywheel. Machining a Dual Mass Flywheel is a big No No as they are non-machinable and are one time use. We occurred 4 months of rental car payments while the car was in his possession. I am hoping to solve this without any legal action.Business response

We worked on Erics car in January . They brought it back in April saying the clutch went out. We did not install the wrong clutch. We did not Resurface the flywheel . After I told her to come get it . It sat here for another month .
I talked to ***** , the guy she took it to , He said it was not the wrong clutch , but was not the clutch he would have put in. He said he prefers to upgrade when he does that job. I also told him to get the clutch back to me and I would return the money for the clutch .
