I have used this company for years. If I ever had a problem, I would write a note to Rob and return the dial by mail and it would come back fixed. I even had the privilege of loaning him some original dials to make the dies for printing on a new resurfaced dial. Overall excellent work and a joy to visit when in Wilmington, OH for the annual Southern Ohio ******** **** *** *****. Many members have used this service again and again.Review from Brad H

My dial has been there for over 7 months. They dont answer emails or calls, and when they finally do answer an email, it will be an excuse about how they lost dial indices, or some other nonsense. I have BEGGED THEM TO SEND MY DIAL BACK, and they dont even respond. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I am pretty sure I will never see my dial again. A ******** Constantin dial. A family heirloom. I am heartbroken by how I will probably have to spend crazy money to get another dial.UPDATE:I received the dial for my ******** from International Dial Company today. Not sure what is going on with that minute track, or the smeared text, but at this point I guess this is all you can expect from these guys. ****** learned. 7+ months wait, and I am afraid I am going to have to turn around and send it out again to get it done right. I cant believe I paid someone to do this. I would lose sleep over something like this, but clearly they dont give a ****Review from Jeff

I have only used International dial in Ohio one time but I was stunned at how perfect the dial was when I got it back. It was a very small dial for a petite ladies ****** watch. It was done very quickly. They were very nice and helpful on the phone for a first time customer.Will use again. In fact, I have another one to send in in the next week.
