5 starsWe had new windows installed in our home and it was a great experience. The windows are excellent quality and the project was quoted at a great price. The installers and office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. 5 starsREPLACED ROOF ON 4,200 SQUARE FOOT HOUSE, REPLACED GUTTER GUARDS. GREAT EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH 3RD GENERATION FROM THE SALES QUOTE,(JOEY) FINALIZING THE CONTRACT AND THEN GREAT COMMUNICATION FROM THE TEAM (DEREK, FRONT OFFICE & ALLEN ON SITE QC SUPERVISOR), TO AN UNBELIEVABLE HIGHLY SKILLED AND SUPER PRODUCTIVE INSTALLATION TEAM WHO WERE RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY, HIGHLY SKILLED ON DOING GREAT WORK AND MOTIVATED TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION. I WOULD STRONG RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. REMEMBER: A BARGAIN ISN'T WHAT YOU PAY, IT'S WHAT YOU GET.

5 starsSales men, project manager to installers were all respectful and courteous. Excellent cleanup after installing upper house soffits, gutters & gutter guards. Work was completed much sooner than expected, as well!Review fromShawnda T

1 starThis company stressed me out so bad harassing me about $4,000 for doing absolutely nothing. Jesse came out and looked at my roof from the side walk. He then had me sign a blank tablet with nothing on it. He said it was to give the insurance agent an estimate that was all. Three days later I received a contract that I was not told about. I read the contract it said I had 3 days to cancel so that is what I did. I sent it via email and text to Jesse. Then they tried to say I didn’t cancel in enough time. Which was untrue because they didn’t finalize the estimate until after 5pm. I canceled at around 3pm. This company never did anything like take pictures or even go on the roof for that matter and they expect me to pay $4,000 for what!!!! The owner even called me trying to threaten me to pay the money and when I refused he said he was forwarding me to collections. I feel so taken advantage of by this company. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I don’t have $4,000 to just give away just because your company is mad I didn’t choose you to do the roof. I suffer from mental illness and this situation has took a toll on my mental health. I just wanted BBB to know that I was violated by this company and out of spite they want to charge me this ridiculous amount of money. I could see if they ordered supplies and I canceled after they did that. This company did absolutely nothing and need to be put on notice for how unfair they treated me so that no one ever has to go through what I went through. Thankyou for your time.

Jesse is no longer with our company and I apologize but it does look like this invoice was cancelled out of courtesy to you even though you did not submit cancellation via the e signature platform that you signed on.
We understand how important it is to feel respected and informed throughout any home improvement process. If there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding documentation, contracts, or the timeline for cancellation, we sincerely apologize. That was never our intention, and we deeply regret that you feel taken advantage of.

We also want to make this right—especially considering the impact this has had on your peace of mind. Someone from our management team will be reaching out to you directly to discuss the matter further and see if a resolution can be reached.

5 starsHad a roof tear-off and replacement. Venting was installed low on the front and back as well as at the peak. The tear-off was a little messier than we had hoped but I can't say we weren't warned. (A lot of shingle bits made it through to the attic, I had expected this but not as much as actually happened - as noted, we were warned to tarp everything and did not do it). The new roof was completed in one day and we like it very much. Expecially appreciated the fact that no one had a loud radio. Everyone was friendly and their payment process works very well.3rd Generation Home Improvements

5 starsHad a most wonderful experience working with Richard, one of the chief operating officers of Third Generation Home Improvements. Richard was exceedingly knowledgeable about our eventual metal roof installation and was ost helpful in selecting a siding product. Moreover, it was a pleasure having a chance to work with both Bill and Anne in the office. They were able to expedite having a representative come in less than twenty four hours.
