My salesperson was Kadence ******* and Kevin ******. Kevin was a great help showing us our new GLE 350. Everyone was very professional and the owner Michael L***** was very polite and helpful. Had my smoothest and most professional car buying experience with Kevin ******, Sales Manager for Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby, part of Leikin Motor Companies. He streamlined the paperwork process and provided a thorough and concise vehicle familiarization. Kevin artfully condensed a complicated 500 page Owner’s Manual into an easy to understand 30 minute demonstration that quickly had me on my way.Review from samar E

My lease purchase journey with Leikin Volvo in Willoughby was an incredibly positive one. The combination of a top-notch vehicle, fair lease terms, outstanding customer service, and a hassle-free process made it a memorable experience. Purchasing a Volvo has always been a long time dream of mine. The team at Leikin had made the entire process so enjoyable. I initially considered purchasing a used car and worked with Brett Leikin. Ultimately my husband convinced me to purchase a new vehicle instead and so I also had the opportunity to with with Bella Cole in new car sales. The entire team at Leikin were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly. And just made the entire process go so smoothly and before I knew it, I was in my new car driving home. We have gone through 2 purchases now with Leikin. Both were incredibly painless and the financial negotiations were super easy and not really much of a negotiation. We got their best offer the first time. Which was great BTY! Trade in value was extremely fair both times. Our salesperson Matt Nagy and Steve Ours were fantastic! Matt lead the charge on getting us in and out fast. While Steve literally worked all day while we were in the comfort of our own home to get us the absolute BEST trade in value and a TON of incentives! We have 6 kids so it was super helpful for them to work through all this in advance without ever seeing my trade in. I think we were in and out in like 2 hrs! Unheard of in buying a car! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I stopped by and was greeted by Bob Alponat, through the test drives and negotiations and electronic paperwork in the finance office through the “unveiling” of my new car, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Bob was the nicest, most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend working with him and with Leikin if you are in the market for a new car!Review from Jason E
