I took 1500 one dollar bills into Heartland Bank to exchange for larger bills when the girl behind the counter counted it she came back to me and said there was only $1,100 dollars I asked what we do about the discrepancy she said they would recount it twice and get back with me they did not call me back the next day I went back with my notes a bad in it and I had talk to regional manager Tanya and she made it act like I was trying to steal from them she didn't even care to try to figure it out I talked to another regional manager he said he get back with me I tried 3 weeks to get ahold of him I never got a reply from him I then went to the main office in Whitehall talk to a lady there on the phone nobody in person to talk to it was a Friday she said she would have Security check videos didn't offer me to look with him I had to take their word for it she came back two days later and told me the security officer found nothing wrong with the video I thought that was unfair next time I went to the bank one of the tellers was no longer there haven't seen her since they basically said I was trying to cheat them out of $400 that I was lying to them I have banked over 20 years with them have done this many times with my $1 bills never had a problem till now I'm 63 years old and I know how to add simple math it took me over an hour to count them I wasn't too happy with the results they pretty much blew me off I don't know what to do about it now thank you for your time it happened about last month or so maybe two months ago I don't have any documents it was just an exchange of currency may have witnesses at the bank other people that know about it they could tell youBusiness response

We investigated this situation further and confirmed with our team that the money you had brought in was counted by hand thoroughly by multiple associates and through the bill counting machine several times. Our team was under the impression that this issue had been resolved after several discussions where the details of your transaction were provided to you.
