The company didn’t return deposit with in 30 days of move out date. We moved out on 6-1-2022. I got partial back on 9-15-22. They stated I would get it $700.00 back but only have $600.00. I cleaned the house top to bottom. No where in my lease which they took over (my original landlord sold the property) said there would be a cleaning charge of $100 for when we moved out. At this point they are not a biding but the contract I had signed previous to when they took it over. Chris said they took it out for cleaning however I text messages from the property manager stating we would get it all back. This company needs to do better. In order to get $600.00 back it was like pulling candy away from a baby. I don’t have money to sue but I would if I did which is why I am reporting it to you. This is unacceptable as a landlord company.Business response

Per phone conversation with property manager, there had been some issues with the previous manager that she is working to fix. She reached out to the consumer and let her know they will be refunding the $100 that was held.Customer response
