I had issues when the mirrors arrived. I worked with Pete in their customer service department. Pete was very helpful and worked hard to do what he could to solve the problem. I'll admit I was skeptical about ordering a complete 4'x4' glass shower enclosure kit online. I was afraid of shipping damage, completeness/correctness of hardware, product quality, and fabrication tolerances. I had NO issues with the service or products provided by Fabglass. Their design and customer support contacts answered emails immediately, assisted me in designing a custom shower enclosure for my out-of-level room, and kept me apprised of the fabrication schedule and shipping. The lead time was only about 2 weeks, during Covid. The glass was so well-packed that it survived the freight shipper's rough handling w/o any damage. The fabricator Fabglass used (Midwest) did an incredible job. They held better than 1/16" tolerances even on panels that had scribe cuts. The glass is optically perfect and has no waves or scratches in it. The edge bevels and polish are all flawless as well. My wife and I DIY installed this 4'x4'x79" enclosure and it looks like a pro did it. I am so grateful that a company supports DIY shower enclosures, as this is not a common task for a DIY'er to take on, but I prefer to do all my own work.

I needed a large piece of glass to place in a rectangular table top without leaving a significant gap along any of the edges.After measuring the opening carefully and checking it for squareness, I sent the the measurements to Fab *********************************************** to make my glass piece.The glass arrived in ************ with some scuff marks and damage to the outside of the container they made to ship it in, but it was so well packed that the second package inside showed no sign of damage or stress, and the glass looked perfect when I opened it up.The real test was then to see if the glass would fit. Inside the hole in the surface of my table. I dropped it in carefully using a sheet of heavy paper to support the last edge as it was aligned and it slid into place perfectly. It left a gap of about 1/32 of an inch, evenly spaced the whole way around the glass. Perfect packaging, sizing, squareness and product.

While our new 40 inch diameter table top took a day or two longer than expected to arrive, what finally arrived was perfection. Thanks Fab Glass.

I needed a glass top for an antique desk. I was able to chat with a sales rep who stayed with me through the entire process. He sent me a video clip with easy measuring directions. The glass arrived in less time than was estimated. Im extremely satisfied and pleased with my glass and will not hesitate to use them again.

Fab Glass was wonderful to work with. Their website was very easy to navigate and order from. Most importantly, they took care of a problem to support me, as their customer, that was not their responsibility. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with Fab Glass and Mirror LLC has been the worst experience. This company operates with dishonest business tactics and there seems to be a major disconnect between the customer service and fabrication/warehouse departments. I ordered a custom shelf (simple painted glass rectangle 15"x6"shelf) with shelf brackets. **************** let me know the order would arrive in "3 weeks or 15 business days" and I was able to track the order process online. Over a month passed and the status showed the order was still in fabrication. I reached out to customer service and no one was able to give an update as to why the product was delayed. Two weeks go by from my inquiry to customer service before I received an update that they were unable to do the eased corners on the shelf and I would be reimbursed for the charge to ease the corners. The order finally arrived but was incomplete as it was missing the shelf brackets. I reached out to customer service immediately about the missing purchased items and was told I would receive a **** tracking number for the missing brackets that would be mailed out immediately. **************** said the tracking number would be live in 24 hours. 24 hours passed and the tracking number showed no update and only that the tracking number was created. It is now 12 days after that tracking number was created and there is no update showing the brackets have even attempted to have shipped. I contacted customer service once again and was not given any explanation outside of being told that they were unsure what was going on and someone would contact me.To summarize, this experience has been very difficult with this company as they are unable to operate under the terms that they tell their customers.

I ordered a custom cut mirror and it fit the application perfectly. I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and the well protected packaging of the product. It took a little longer than expected to arrive which is my only complaint but otherwise I was completely satisfied.
