Worst experience ever for one there is no communication they had my car for a week before they called me they started working on it Monday they said it would take 10 hours two days later still haven’t heard from them the mechanic called off two days and no one else could finish it I had to cancel doctors appointments because I couldn’t trust them four days later for a 10 hour job then I picked up the car turned it on and the check engine light came on they told me it wasn’t on that it just happened mechanics trick to make you spend more money don’t trust Wayne’s automotive I will never use them again and tell people don’t use themReview from Ray P.

It's the truth they just lied to me and tried to double charge me for their error! Took to Tire Discounters, manager ***** fixed me up no charge. Go there for tires and wiper blades. ****************************************************************. ******************* Location new manager **** told me the day after they mounted a tire on a rim that their mechanic forgot to use sealant why it's down 10lbs. of air. Put air in it didn't fix it. I let me neighbor drive it 2 weeks later went flat almost wrecked us coming up I-71 North. I told him get off next exit I will put air in it. Took it back up there last week , called today said is it ready? **** said no it isn't give me a few more days. It takes 10 to 15 minutes I need it done. He asked 1 mechanic to do it. I'll call you back when done. Didn't hear from him called @2:45 pm he said no sealant on the rim . This is a different rim than the one we mounted your Michelin tire on! No it isn't why are you saying that? There's no sealant on the rim . Yeah I know you said the mechanic forgot to put sealant on the rim why it's going flat. No this is another rim no sealant on it. I want #**.95 to remount it! No way you said your mechanic forgot to put sealant on it! No we always do ! BS ! Do not go there to get your car serviced or repaired . Other than tires go to Midas *********************************************************************************************. Right by rt 23 and Polaris Northeast side. Manager ***** is going to fix my broke off lug nut caused by Wayne's ********** for $40 plus tax, will have them change my oil and flush my transmission also. Made me remove phone numbers~STAY AWAY FROM ****************** ********************************************************************** new manager over charging people and then recharging to fix his mechanic's errors!

The truth is, Ray carried in a used tire and a used rim on Oct. 21st 2021. We mounted the tire on the rim and balanced the assembly. At this time we also informed Ray and put it on the invoice that there would be no warranty on customer supplied parts. Ray took the assembly home and reinstalled on his car. Approximately 5 months later, Ray removes a tire and wheel assembly from his car and carries it into us. Ray claimed it had a leak and that it was the assembly that we worked on previously. At this point we informed Ray that we didn't think it was the same assembly, but, because of the (no warranty) clause we would have to charge him to find and fix the leaking assembly. Ray declined repairs. At No time did we take off or install Ray's tire and wheel assembly. So any problem with a wheel stud or lug nut was not caused by our shop.Review from Gregory D

I was very skeptical to take my car here. Though all my friends/family said Waynes is a solid place to get work done. Hah...I truly wish I would have trusted my gut and never went to this place. I brought my car there specifically for a coolant fix. My car was there for a month and they didnt do jack ****. I think they must think they're slick because all the stuff ***** was saying that was wrong didnt align with what I saw before taking it in. Tried to grossly sell me a refurbished ECU for my car at $1800 including "labor". Its funny because I can find the same refurbished units for less than $500 and its plug and play. They come preprogrammed as well. This shop Will tell you anything and everything so long as you run your bill up. And they wont work with ypu at all. Wether its used parts that you buy for them to install even with no warranty they will refuse because they want your $$$ and to sell their expensive as **** parts. We agreed upon him fixing my "broken radiator fan" which was actually never broken looking back on it. It just didnt kick on for them because they barely turned my car on. I can tell because when I picked my car up and paid the gross $800+ for an inspection and just rewiring my car this man ***** stalls my car twice pulling it up. To top it all off! LITERALLY not 15 minutes after leaving the shop my car OVERHEATS. I called ***** for him to basically just say nothing and was like you can bring it back and we will look at it again.... Like other reviews say. RUN from this place! The customer service is awful. That place has as much helpful and caring energy as a Sahara desert. Just happy my car is finally out of there and I'm pretty sure I'm more compentent to fix my cooling issue than these lazy fools. Manager you can comment below but I dont ever want to give you guys another shot as long as I'm breathing air. would chargeback but yall so dirty youll hit me with a lein. I tried the other location by schrock rd years ago in case you're considering if that location is better. its not. Both suck. final score: -10/10
