Our brand new floating laminate floors were drywall screwed & nailed down with trim overtop of the nails to hide them. Baseboards and trim were excessively silicone caulked making them impossible to paint. It cost us more labor to get the paint done but not perfect due to excessive caulk - silicone caulk was wiped randomly on walls also that had to be sanded. Two back rooms where my belongings were stored weren’t properly covered when drywall was sanded, leaving thick drywall dust on everything. It was left this way. Trash like cigarette butts & empty energy drink cans, fast food bags with trash were left laying all around within my home. Newly purchased baseboards & crown molding weren’t painted per our professional painter. A lot of new baseboards were broken in taking it up to paint the walls due to the excessive caulk usage. Laminate flooring in master bathroom was ran two different 180° directions, making it look totally stupid. We paid $10/hr for laborers to work outside & inside taking out trash to a dumpster we rented and stack blocks and boards stacked. Whitmore had moved these men inside to work doing work they weren’t skilled to do that we thus paid DOUBLE labor costs (because we were already paying Whitmore directly for the inside work). We paid for the ceilings to all be painted. We can see discoloration around ceiling light fixtures where the ceiling wasn’t painted properly. Brand new kitchen cabinets special ordered from Portsmouth Building Surplus were skinned and damaged during installation. He used some sort of touch up to “fix” it Whitmore left the lavatory in the small bathroom actively leaking -new laminate floor around bathroom sink is water damaged and and inside the new cabinet also. Whitmore brought a small dog into my home without my permission/ knowledge -he left dog food in a container in my living room floor. Whitmore used a paid dumpster service I paid to leave trash from his other jobs without my permission. + MORE!
