My son purchased a watch with his own money. The face shattered the very next day after he barely knocked it on the edge of his face (something Ive done many time with my own watch with barely a scratch). We attempted to have it replaced or repaired and were told neither was an option despite clearly a poorly made product and a warranty. Very disappointed is having spent $40 with no resolution to a major problem. This is clearly not a company that prides itself on service or quality product.

After reaching out to their customer service via email, they offered as a one time courtesy to send us a replacement watch face. I havent yet received it but will update again if/when I do.

Dakota Watch Company in *************************************************************** double cheated me.Jan-21 paid $19.95 for a battery with 2 yr warranty installed in ladies ******* watch by Mgr Dan. Returned Mar-22 for replacement battery. Mgr Susan said receipt indicates water resistant battery but battery inside watch is regular batter therefore refused to honor 2 yr warranty even though receipt indicated ladies ******* watch,I was double cheated by being charged the more expensive water resistant battery when a regular battery was installed and the 2 yr warranty warranty was refused.

We have spoken to ******************* and the issue has been resolved.

I do not accept their resolution of 30% off on the purchase of another battery as I would still have to pay approximately $12 when I should have gotten a free battery.

On September 20, ***************** Eastgate location Dakota Watch booth. I was plan to replace battery and watch band in my watch. Person name ***** was a clerk in this booth. He was heavily flirting with me, he gives me his phone number, asking for a date. I was not very comfortable with that heavy flirting. He offered me a good deal if I pay cash for my purchase. I was OK to pay cash. I completely forgot to ask for a receipt. Few days later, September 27, 2021. I decided to return the watch band due to it being way to bulky and not comfortable. ***** refused to give me money back because I do not have receipt, that he did not provide to. He stated he did give me receipt, and he also stated that he never replace battery without giving a receipt and discount card. ***** did not provide any receipt or discount card - buy 5 get 1 free battery replacement on my purchase. This time ***** was very rude, asking me to leave, when I stated I will call corporate office and mall security to resolve this issue. ***** throws in my face blank discount card, after security guard step in for help. I only got partial refund from ***** and empty discount card, still no receipt for changing battery. My batteries were never been changed; ***** charged me but never replaced battery in my watch. He is a scammer and ?thief. I just let you know he sales items for cash, and good deal, not providing receipt, that way no proof of sale, so he can pocket the cash.
