When a 7-ton tree unexpectedly hit our home and caused structural and water damage in the summer of 2022 – we didn’t know where to begin. We talked to many contracting companies, and none were up for the task. Finally, we found Clarke Contractors, Inc., and immediately we knew that this was the company that would be able to help us through this difficult time to restore our home. From day one with the Clarke team, communication was easy, we learned about what the entire process would look like, and we knew that they would be looking out for us in every aspect of the restoration. Jerry made the process for partnering with our insurance company for the project straightforward. Terry led the on-site crew with Jamie flawlessly and kept us in the loop through async and in-person communication. The team is dependable, highly-skilled, friendly, patient, and they have immense pride in the work being done. The attention to detail throughout the year long project was astounding. The outcome of the entire restoration to fix what was damaged AND add in renovations on top of our insurance repairs was on time and totally exceeded our expectations for what could be accomplished in our home! We are so thrilled that we found Clarke Contractors, Inc., because we know that this time in our lives would not have been as smooth without them on our team!

We suffered a water loss in our basement. Clarke worked with us in pricing several options to reach an affordable solution. The basement had had carpet and we decided to replace the damaged area and more with tile. Clarke worked with our tile supplier, started the job early and completed the job on time. They and their subcontractors were conscientious, polite, showed up when scheduled and did a wonderful job. There were no unwelcome surprises. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors (I think I already did this)!

Clarke Contractors remodeled the lower level of our home and gave us a beautiful master suite and laundry room. Working with them was so easy from the design phase all the way through construction. The work they did exceeded our expectations! We will definitely use them for any future remodeling projects

I am very appreciative of the service I received from Clarke Contractors. As a result of a leaking water supply hose to my kitchen refrigerator, I sustained damage to my kitchen floor and my basement ceiling and an adjoining wall. An assessment conducted by a mold assessment firm indicated that mold remediation treatment was necessary. My first contact with Clarke Contractors was a phone conversation with their senior mold remediation specialist. He subsequently came to my home and surveyed the damage. He explained to me in detail the remediation process. He took the time to walk me through the entire process. Before leaving my home, he took action to insure that no mold spores could escape into my home. A few days later he wrote an estimate for the mold remediation and it was submitted to my homeowner’s insurance company. He worked with my insurance company’s water mitigation specialist to facilitate the approval of my claim. Throughout this process, He remained available to advise me on steps to take and what to expect. I cannot overstate how reassuring it was to have him in my coroner at this time. Upon the insurance company’s approval of the remediation estimate, I was informed that a production manager would supervise the remediation. Shortly thereafter, the production manager phoned me and explained how the actual process would proceed. He kept me informed of the who, where, and when of the process. He made sure that I was aware of who to expect and when to expect them. Whenever I had a question, Mike He took the time to answer fully in a manner that was understandable. Knowing that He was always available was very comforting during this stressful time. The actual work of the remediation was performed by a team led by a talented, hard working young lade. She and her team were professional, proficient, kind and courteous. Clarke Contractors is an outstanding firm! I
