I am disabled should have to put up with the following from ***** *****, owner of Stamm Heating & Cooling Llc. ***** ***** lied to his Lennox manufacturer about my motor being bad. He got the motor from his supplier. He told me He would drop the motor off to me & check why my flu was very hot. ***** said since my furnace warranty expires February 2022, I would have the motor when it quit & He would come replace it.. He said the bearings are going bad in the motor on the furnace. My furnace is not working fine as he states. Only half of my downstairs & upstairs gets heat. He contacted me on 11/29/2021 stating he had had family problems again & would bring me the motor & check the flu the following week. I waited to her from him. I didn't hear anything from him til 01/06/2022 when I text him & asked him to either bring me the motor or mail it to me. He gave me excuses, made me guilty cause I have heat, & told me I was not getting the motor. He proceeded to tell me what a bad person he thinks I am. I've tried leaving a bad review with the BBB, but he replies back saying it's my fault & not his. I have screen shot & attached every text between ***** & I that was ever sent. I want my motor & for other people not to have to go thru with what I have.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/11) */ Hello this is ****** ***** with Stamm Heating And Cooling Solutions and after reading the complaint i am going to go ahead and buy the motor and take it to ********* house to save for a backup. After dropping that motor off I want no more contact from ****** ***** whatsoever as its not in my best of interest to have her as a customer. Im hoping and praying this will make her happy once and for all. Sincerely, ****** ***** Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/01/13) */ I am still waiting for the furnace motor. ***** ***** text me on Tuesday 01/11/2022 asking me if it would make me happy if he got my motor for me. I replied yes. He said he would order the motor & put it on my porch when it came in. He said he would let me know when he was coming. To that, I s replied ok. ****** *****
