Service Dept talked to me like there was no issue he says we did the diagnostic. I said I had one prior to bringing it to a Ford dealership. And it was a good read too..but it still would not start at times..the windows would go down but could not get them up or.would not.go down at all at times. He (Jason) service mananger talked to me as if I was crazy. He said sarcastically I would love to take your money..but there is nothing wrong. I said ok then can you make sure before I leave that the windows go up and down. He says.." I had checked them for 2 days and they went up and down and up and down again like I was stupid..I said ok that is what it did to me. So he goes out started the car.. turn it off said and said see it starts..I said I know that is what it did to me, it is a sometime thing..I said it started for me too that is how I got it to you. I said the windows..he tried could not get them down. He said now that is an issue..I said exactly! that is what I was saying. So he kept it 1 hour later and 371.01 dollars said they had to plug in a harness. To back up prior to going out checking the car. him and the cashier/clerk laughed at me after he says trust.me nothing is wrong with your car I would love to take your money but nothing is wrong as they had their little laugh umongst each other..very unprofessional..they dnt listen to the customer they make fun of you like you.are making up a story.and for and hour bumped it.up.from 99.00 to 371.01. I would not even say they deserve one star. poor poor customer service!!! Take the door panel off and plug in a harness and charge 371.01 Pathetic service all the way around!! Who knows if the car is even going to do the same thing, but I would never go back to Vallery Ford in Waverly, Ohio!!!

Terrible service department. Paid over a grand and vehicle broke down within 20 miles. ******** I supplied all the expensive parts. It was poor quality of the mechanic and the staff was totally rude. No thank you !! Just freaking rude !!
