      I used their vending machine at the ******** st *********. My father was in the er. I was freezing needed something to warm up so went to get a coffee. I put my money in $6. I got a sm coffee. It only gave me$1 back. Ive called them every so often since may 9th and they keep telling me my refund is in the mail. I still have yet to receive it. It's now October. I used the last of the money i had left that night. It was already a stressful night. All i want is my refund. I didn't realize it'd be this difficult to get my hard earned money back

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Machine says it takes $1s and $5s. Stuck $5 dollar bill and bought a Mt. Dew. Never gave change back. Called the number on the machine and they told me there should be a refund paper with machine and there wasnt. Was then told to leave a paper on the machine with name and info. ( I dont have pens and paper on my person) .I then gave information over the phone and the lady was nice. The owner was a very condescending and rude *****.Was told they cant refund me right away due to being 30 min away. I drove 3 hrs to make a delivery and buy from your machine. ( The least they can do is drive a quick 30 min) Was told general ***** had a power outage and messed the machine up; Yet every worker I have spoken to said there was never a power outage anywhere. Something is fishy and I think they have the machine set up to only take ones in hopes of someone like me dropping a $5 dollar bill and they keep the change thinking nobody will bother for a refund. Call me *****. But $3.30 cents is a lot when you worked for it. Im not donating for a cause. I need my refund or I will press the is*** further and notify the attorney general for the state. And if need be *** for the lost amount and court costs and fees.

      I'm being charged for all these charges when I didn't receive any product from their machines. They will not give me a refund. They have stolen $8.40 in the last four days.
