- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All video packages and purchases are final upon approval. Payment plans must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties as a payment option. Video balance is due in full upon the start of agreed upon project. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to reserve shoot dates and is due prior to arrival for filming. No deposit refund provided if project/filming is canceled. Client retains the rights to all produced materials delivered to client. Client is responsible for posting and use on social platforms, websites, and video hosting sites. Raw footage is property of SHE Did It Videography. Client bears responsibility to proofread, and approve all edits, prior to final video transfer. Projects are subject to additional fees if client video changes exceed agreed upon. No refunds or re-edits permitted after final approval of deliverables, fee for changes/corrections may apply. 3.6% fee is added to payments made via PayPal. SHE reserves the right to use footage and still images for self promotion, unless otherwise indicated by organization or individual for religious or privacy purposes.
