      They offer deceptive and dishenst advertisement of availability and shipping times. Setting the incorrect expectation from day 1.They further operate in deception and dishonesty when you ask for specific info they provide "cookie cutter" vague answers not really providing any resembling client service.I had to contact the manufacturer of the part my self and they have the part in stock and ready to ship.Yet ecs will tell you they're working on it. It's processing. These people are liars and scumbags, they train their staff the same.Will never. Would never. Purchase so much as a washer from the people or any companies they are affiliated with/own.Absolutely disappointing experience as a client with over 10 years of business. Disgusted to say the least with this company.

      Ordered a tool under my business and after using 3 times in a couple weeks it broke during normal operation. Luckily I provide my clients pics and videos so I had actual evidence of proper usage and failure. Reached out to them. 2 weeks with no response. First comm was them advising its under their lifetime replacement warranty. Cool right? Wrong. Their "lifetime warranty" is actually buy 2 get 1 mostly free. I was being asked to buy the broken tool again, for a second time, then they would credit me tool cost only, no shipping or tax for a third failure coverage. That, by definition, is NOT a warranty. Funny thing is, I was only asking for the one small component to be replaced and after research, discovered ECS owns the tool company as its their house brand supplier. Tried to file a PayPal claim for a small portion of total price so I could buy my own replacement part, PayPal declined it. In the interim, got a new comm from a rep saying exactly what you would think a business would say. "Sorry this happened, please let us make it right, how do you want this handled? Refund or replacement?" Awesome, things are looking up. Wrong again. Same person that tried to sell me on their fake warranty process jumped into the convo and said "Oh they're new so they're wrong." Fake salesman tried to convince me they were going to help but had to wait till I closed my dispute. Provided visual verification and evidence multiple times the case was closed and closed i their favor. Gave them a week before I wrote it off and planned on leaving factual reviews. Courtesy contact on Friday. Advised they'd check if the dispute was closed (closed for 2 weeks at this point) and get back to me. Nothing Friday. Nothing over the weekend. Nothing Monday. Now its Tuesday and here are the facts. Be wary when purchasing from these folks. They DO NOT have a lifetime warranty. It requires you to buy it once, have it fail, buy it twice, have it fail a third time for a partial credit on a fourth.

      Horrible customer service - the guy legit hung up on me! I ordered a part from here on January 16, 2024 and on January 23, 2024 I had to call for them to tell me the product has been discontinued. I HAD TO CALL THEM. The product is still listed on their website as available. I will not be ordering from here again - *** is so much better than you guys. If you had been apologetic I wouldn't be so upset and the fact that the immaturity of hanging up on someone is unprofessional. I'll be posting this review in as many places as I can find so no one else has to deal with these guys.

      Bought a Bremen timing chain for my GTI. The chain stretched out and failed in less than 20k miles. ECS offered store credit ($300) and gave me an email confirming the RMA return. The parts never showed up. When I called them I received an email (while on the phone with them) that cancelled the return (they hung up on me while on hold). I called back and they said the guy that authorized it was “new” and they will not give me the credit that was already approved. They cancelled the order and now I don’t have the parts they promised or the in store credit. The failed timing chain also cost me an additional 2k in parts (cylinder head). ECS tuning is a joke. They do not back their products and have no customer service. **** (tech guy for ECS) told me that Bremen was cheap Amazon quality level parts and he “would only buy these parts if he was selling the car”. Great business model. Sell junk parts and do not back them when they fail and blow your engine up. Buyer beware. This is not a reputable company.

      According to BMW corporate, ECS tuning is not an authorized BMW parts supplier… With that being said, ECS tuning made up their own policy for 1 year on parts warranty, undercutting the standard 2 year warranty that BMW offers on their parts… BMW will not honor the 2 year warranty because ECS tuning is not an authorized BMW part supplier. If you buy parts from ECS tuning, you are replacing your BMW standard 2 year warranty, with a 1 year ECS tuning warranty. Not worth the hassle. Like many others have mentioned, in my opinion ECS tuning customer service is horrible. They are very rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend doing more research, and giving your business to someone else… Stop supporting businesses that operate like this.

      I clearly explained I wanted my vehicle to be quiet when I ordered a new exhaust system.It is LOUD inside and out. They charged for a new part, I paid the exhaust shop an 2nd time to install, and it made no noticeable difference.I called ECS again and they sent me the same part.I asked the exhaust shop if there was anything they could do. The shop said they would install some piping that I assume are resonators for a 3rd charge, this one was $420 and that would likely greatly decrease the noise and droning inside the vehicle and outside both.Still a very loud noise and you feel it in your body inside the passenger compartment!ECS has since stopped communication.

      Don’t trust these guys, ordered water pump and thermostat and 2 gallons of coolant. Only Received gallons of coolant. Water pump and thermostat missing.. on October 13th they filed a claim to fedex and still no solution as of today November 15. So basically no vehicle for a month so far and they dropped $500 worth of parts. Customer service Joey Mangini claimed it would be taking care of 7-10 days. Even have emails with proof. So sad. Just be honest with customer, I would’ve bought somewhere else. Playing with people’s personal life when (we need cars to get to work)

      Know your part or lose money on return Sent my version to someone I was in contact with to ensure it was the right one, was told it was. Got discs and case was cracked(no damge to discs) put in to update and not go. Said version error. Took to dealer to help(it says may need to be connected to dealer stuff) dealer said wrong version not for my mmi. So contacted ecs they told me "*This update may require connection to the Audi server, possible through an Audi authorized dealership scan tool. Additional fees may apply, please contact your local dealership for more information.*"Which I had done. Then wanted to get refund since I was told wrong item. They oked the refund, however I had to pay for return shipping and just got informed they also didnt refund the full purchase price, Im guessing a "restocking fee" for something I was sold wrong. I have all the communications from the sale and guess ill have to eat the loss. Was going to purchase a couple parts for the engine of my Audi but not confident they told me the correct parts and dont want to have to lose more money if they are not right. Im sure they have been good for some but just not for me. Sad as I was excited to get some upgrades for both my cars. My dealer charged more but it is done right. I was hoping to avoid the dealer altogether but ended up there even after I purchased their product. The service was good just wrong information and loss of money due to their wrong info I felt was wrong. But if thats their business practice so be it. I just wont do business with them and will show my file of mishap and loss to all in our car club to stop using them if they do. Be cautious when ordering if you do not know for sure what part it is so you dont lose money if you have to return them.

      ADVICE: Do NOT spend your hard earned $$$ with this company. There are several organizations out there who will deliver correct parts and not abdicate responsibility. After installing the purchased Koni yellow struts on my 2014 VW Jetta, one of the OEM strut tops that were shipped in my order was the wrong part - bolted up correctly, but was 3/4" thicker than the correct strut top. Ended up blowing that side strut 5000 miles into use because of the decreased free-stroke distance. ECS denies culpability and will not even replace the strut top they sent in error, much less warrantee the damage caused by installing their wrong part. Company insulates itself from satisfaction/litigation by being in Ohio (I'm in California). Working with an attorney considering a class action lawsuit.

      I echo what many have already said. Worst customer service ever. False promises to make the order correct. No followups. Had to go to the vendor myself to get the correct part. Stay away from them!
