I ordered a part on 4/19 paid extra for priority shipping which say 1-3 days wasn't shipped till next day tracking still showing that package is in same place because of late shipping shipper says will not arrive til 4/25 that's 6 days I want my money refunded I needed part asap so I had to source somewhere elseBusiness response

This customer purchased from our webpage on a Tuesday evening and we had shipped it out on Wednesday. He had emailed the following message "Not trying to be an *** but I ordered part yesterday payed more for priority shipping than part priority depends on getting package to post office if package isn’t here by Friday you will be getting it back I ordered because I need part we have no local vendors here but I’m not waiting til next week for it"
He is located in ******* and we are in ****. Priority shipping is 3 days (with no guarantee) so he didn't get his part until Saturday. Unfortunately there was a mistake on our end with mixing up the part, which I fixed right away and on top of that refunded him the total amount.
By the context of his email, he demanded the part being shipped out the second he had ordered it or else he was filing a case with ****** and BBB. This message was sent to us the day after he ordered the part "Ok just got updated tracking with **** says arriving by 9 pm on 25th that's Monday you ca recall package and refund my money I paid for priority delivery that supposed to be 1 to 3 days should have known better than to deal with someone that has an **** store already in process of coming ****** and bbb thanks for sorry customer service"
We made it right and the buyer still had an issue with this.
