      They messed up all of Medications!!!!! I take 8 medications daily, my life depends on it. I have tried to cancel at least 6 times!!! I just want my medications set to my original Pharmacy!!!! Worst customer service ever!!

      Can’t send out the medicine that the patients need on time. Has bad customer service. They lie to you about when the meds has been shipped.

      This service was supposed to make medication management simpler, Completely contrary! It has become more complicated, time consuming, and burdensome. Basically they can’t get it right. Customer service seems helpful but ultimately the situation is not resolved, on to the next person. They seem to have different stories for the same problem. Well overnight it is just a joke, they can’t even get that right after they screwed up the pack. The amount of time I have spent trying to make my dad’s medicine easier is incredible! Switching to ******* hoping it will be much better but certainly couldn’t be any worse.

      They are randomly sending someone else's medications to our house, and statements for that person also. WTAF?

      ExactCare has made my life chaos the last few weeks, they have lied and lied every step of the way, they can't get me my meds on time and they can't contact their warehouse. They filled a prescription for a 30-day supply and only sent me about half of my prescription. Then they refused to figure out where the rest went, closing the investigation without finding the missing medication. They are protecting themselves instead of their patients. I was forced to go without my medications and panic trying to find them elsewhere but not being able to in time, these meds allow me to work, and I had to work without them in physical distress (as well as emotional.) Their lies and their lack of accountability and their inability to solve the problems they created have left me exhausted and terrified and angry. Don't work with this awful company, look elsewhere.

      Specifically told them to transfer my meds to another pharmacy, even gave them said pharmacy's name, address, and phone number... only to have them close my account with them WITHOUT transferring ANYTHING, essentially taking multiple prescriptions down with them.

      This pharmacy continues to create false numbers in an attempt to contact my personal cell phone. They keep on calling my number even after notifying them that I am not the patient they are trying to reach. This is very annoying, unprofessional, and does not look good in the eyes of HIPAA, since I already know one of their patients' names. I would like to request no further contact from this business.

      Hi I've just start with this pharmacy about 3 Mos ago and I can't believe this they have been billing me a head before I could even receive my meds I told them I never received August 2023 meds yet and it's the end of the month we're is my package they said it was already delivered to my address I told them I never got it and how did they mail it they told me by usps I ask the why would they mail it that way well needless to say I had to make a police report before they could send it again bc my insurance company needs an explanation as to why they had to do an override for 9 meds I told this company if they mail it again I will need to sign for all packages coming from that company I'm so upset right now due to me going a whole month without my meds I told them I will pay the bill when I get my meds until then I guess they're out of luck so after this month you better believe I'm changing and reporting unbelievable I also called my insurance company to let them know what was going on with this company on how they're billing me for meds I haven't received yet my insurance company is looking into this company right now this will have to show all documents for every bill and a print out for all meds hey exactcare some people are smarter than you think see you in court THANK YOU L.W

      This company is horrible. If you are thinking of using them run fast run far. This place is as crooked as a dogs hind leg.
