Continuing with ongoing problems since the original purchase date of May 2020. Immediately afterwards it was not mowing right, took it back and they said blades were bent and they replaced them. I had blades checked and found nothing wrong, my problems continued with those new blades so I kept complaining and taking it back and they would make adjustments but it did not correct it. At start of this year I took it back again; now they say blades were not sharpened right, changed blades. Finally took it to Marysville per manufacturer, they had it- made adjustments, tried again; same problem. I was told "gap is wrong with the blades", manufacturing problem and it should be up to the dealer to make it right. Returned to Lawn & Garden and the manager was supposed to call me back but never returned the call. I have an almost new mower that has not operated properly from the beginning. Need replacement or total refund. Resolution: replacement or refundBusiness response

We have contacted the customer and advised that we need the equipment at our shop to inspect to resolve issue. Customer was suppose to drop equipment 6/26/21 and we still have not received his mower to inspect. Customer has taken equipment to another dealer for the same issue and never contacted us before doing so with any concerns about his equipment. We reached out to the other dealer and they also can not duplicate the customers complaint. We are more than happy to help the customer but he won't bring the equipment in for us to inspect.Customer response

A year ago this past May I bought a new zero-turn mower from East Lawn and Garden it did not move right so I contact them I took it out they said they put new blades on it they said one of the blades was then I took the blades and had them checked out and there was nothing wrong with her so I kept going back out complaining about it finally they took it back in said they put another set of blades on it and said the police were not sharpened right I mowed with it it done the same identical thing and I contacted the manufacturer they told me to take it to Marysville dealership they had it for 6 days call me Come & Get It and it done the same thing so I called the manufacturer again they told me to take it back to Marysville I took it back they worked on it for another two days and said there was nothing more they can do with it so I contacted the manufacturing they said it was up to East Lawn and Garden to make it right with me I contacted them and told them they did not call me back so this is where I'm at todayBusiness response

The customer took it to a different business for repair and we have no way to know what they have done to the equipment. We would be more than happy to try to resolve the customers cutting issue. We would advise the customer to bring the equipment to us so we can try to determine the root cause of his complaint. We are open through the week 8:30-5:00 he can either call in or bring the mower in anytime we are open. The last time the his equipment was in we replaced the blades and did not charge the customer for parts or labor. All he has to do is call in, this is our busy time of the year and his voice message was either over looked or misplaced.
