On Jan 20, 2023 I went to this used dealership to purchase a car. I told them what I was looking for and amount I had for a used car. I had chose a 2012 Lincoln MKX and was told at time of purchase that only thing wrong with car was a alternator belt or possible tension . After telling me it was just that we took it to their mechanic * *** *** on Alexis RD. After taking car to mechanic they told me then in was not the belt that it was power steering pump failure. The dealership agreed to pay for this problem so I let them attempt to fix it once with no car for 5 days i got it back to find that the problem was never fixed i had loose screws falling out of my panel's and power steering cap was not tight and fluid spilled all over under hood. I was sold a unsafe vehicle and was lied to about what was really wrong with it. To add to the complaint 44 miles was used on my mileage when it was suppose to be in shop for repair. So for second time now my car is at * *** *** being repaired and once again waiting on my car to be fixed to be driven safely. The document I am adding is the Lie they sold me for the amount of $13,760 cash. Selling unsafe vehicles is illegal and it should always be reported. This dealership failed to provide a Car Fax report about vehicle.Business response

I bought this car for my daughter and almost right away it started just shutting down completely. It just stops and you can't even control the steering. All she can do is just try to get to the side of the road even on the expressway. This is very dangerous and we have tried to get ***** ***** to make this right and return the car. he had the kill switch replaced and that only worked for a week. We have been told by other car dealers that this car is un- fixable. It can not be repaired. This man is a crook and won't do the right thing and take this death trap back. I can't put my daughter back in this car. We don't want anymore of his cars which he tried doing by offering a more expensive car. We want him to take the car back and cancel the loan. He put my daughter in danger he needs to take the loss .This guy has no shame and shouldn't be able to sell anything. i hope you can help us some how we can't get anywhere with him and we are paying $300 a month on this and can't drive it.Business response

They bought the car a year ago. The car was a sold as is. They cant get approved for a loan. We will take the car in as a trade in but they would have to come up with the difference. I'm willing to work with them.
