This company is exactly what people say. ******* took a video of my apartment on ****** (23), so he knew the place stunk, the ceiling was caving in right outside my apartment door and more. Their staff painted the apartment, and were too lazy to tape around the outlets, so they didn't paint those areas at all (yellow around every outlet). They didn't paint properly around the window, in closets and more. They don't use caulk smoothing tools. They do a half job on everything. They painted my counter-top with wall paint. And i know because ******************************* doesn't sell countertop paint. Plus i worked in a paint department at home Depot(so i know what type of paint is being used on a surface. ******* (property manager) refused to fix a collapsing ceiling. They barely clean the common areas as well. The walls and ceilings are browned. And they have the nerve to raise rent by almost $200. When i moved in my stove was dirty and didn't work. my sink was dirty too. I found out a resident died in my apartment before me as well. They really don't care. You should thoroughly clean a hazardous situation but they didn't. They replaced the carpet, half painted the walls, replaced the sink in the bathroom and that was it. This company tries to entrap you through the contract because they know they participate in fraudulent behavior. Its sad because ******* doesn't care. All he could think about was money and the contract. He refused to fix the roof and had maintenance come back on day ******************************************* my apartment. He did this just so he could say i refused (even though he refused to fix a collapsing roof when the 30 days hit (his fault for not following the law) . I have pictures of everything. If they *** me, I am suing back for everything plus more. Their license should be revoked. ******* should be in jail as well. He hurting himself and his company in the long-term. when he falls he will fall hard.

Beal properties is a horrible company to rent from.They were trying to say I messed up the apartment even though the apartment was in terrible shape before I moved in.I chose to go in a messed up apartment because I didn’t have any where else to go.They had multiple service issues and took a long time to fix the issue.while there was rats crawling around and roaches and bed bugs.But beal properties wants me to pay the rest of my lease even though I gave a 30 day notice.just a HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Beal are slum lords. They don't maintenance the properties, run your credit down even if the lease is up and you are moved out, and have terrible customer relations. Don't rent from them. When I complained they said they are selling that property and hung up on me.

Beal properties is the worst company to rent from. I have put in 13 work orders for no a/c and its still not fixed. Im handicap and they're ignoring me
