Honey Do Property Management has been servicing my landscaping weekly for the entire 2021 Season. A month ago I noticed that my fence was damaged by there equipment and needed to be replaced. We have a 18 month old daughter and a small dog. Thankfully my daughter was not injured by the mangled metal fence but my dog has gotten out many times since the damage occurred. I reached out to Honey Do and spoke to ***** **** I sent him pictures of the damage to the fence and he was very apologetic, he offered to come out and look at the fence but he never did. He did send **** from his company who admitted fault. After not returning any text messages for 2 weeks I let him know that I would take him to court if he did not fix the fence. I ended up getting a quote and getting the fence repaired. Now he will not respond again so this is my next step before taking him to court. It cost $1,652.47 to replace damaged fencing. I want a full reimbursement.
